Sam is always packing his mouth full whenever he eats noodles and meat. Honestly, it's not something he should be proud of but yet here he is.
He is always on a hurry eating. Feels like everytime he eats, like he is on the eating competition.
Yeah i actually figured out that when u eat faster u dont get full quickly unlike when u eat slower u'll get full even if u eat just a little (i think everyone know it but yeeah)

Exercise or not depend on him, just hope he don’t become like last time fatty over. since he’s really did it lose weight. But you still can see he still eat high calories foods since he was promised in front of fans will try to eat healthy food, if once a day, health problem appear will regret.
I agree. He tends to eat unhealthy food especially jajangmyeon and other instant noodles which are high in sodium, calories, cholesterol, etc and meat. in excessive amounts. He looked so good and healthy in his video a few months ago when he was wearing a suit and he lost weight and built muscle. Now he's regaining weight and is beginning to look unhealthy again.
