Haha that was the best intro clip yet. Also, I think with the Donkey Kong punch "whiff" I think it hit Capt Falcon but Capton Falcons leg and arm are invincible or intangible during Falcon's uptilt. So I think DK hit one of those and then DKs hurtbox was extended from the punch, and falcon hit that.
For the clip at 7:30 falcons leg doesn’t have a hurt box during uptilt but the reason he gets hit so much while using that move is because his arm goes almost completely parallel with his legs which does have a hurtbox

4:20 PK Thunder is invincible for several frames after it is used however the hitbox can only activate on the same character several frames later after hitting them, so the initial hit sends Bowser up while the projectile cannot be destroyed, and then as it wraps back down Bowser still has invin frames for that specific projectile so it passes through him hitting Ness
To explain 3:33 see how bowsers sheild is small ness aimed for bowsers feet because the range for activating pk thunder 2 is pretty big and if u shield right next to ness without a full shield stuff like that will happen

The PK Thunder thing is most likely because PK Thunder has 2 hitboxes, one that doesn't make it disappear and one that does. PK Thunder is not classified as a multihit, so it can't hit twice. It passes through bowser because it hasn't switched to the second hitbox yet
Regarding the stuff at 3:40, I wonder if Ness' PK Thunder 1 has a number of hitboxes that happen one after another and last around 1-1.5 seconds each before being replaced by the next. That could explain why Bowser didn't get hit within a short timeframe (the amount of time it took to achieve PK Thunder 2 at a tight angle), but he did get hit after a longer timeframe.
The ness/bowser clip is a weird mechanic of the game. When a long lasting hit box hits a shield it won’t attack the character anymore. It’s seen very easily with link if he does his up special on shield and you can let go of shield and not get hit by the move.
Ever since the cleansing of the Smash community, this is pretty much the only channel I watch now that pushes Ultimate content. Keep it coming, Beefy Dudes. Got a lot to make up for. Lol.

This is a very common trick used by Ness player usually when opponent is trying to land
