Dealer Reveals What Silver and Gold HE Would Stack. HIS ANSWER SURPRISED ME!

  • In this video I ask my gold and silver bullion dealer, Tim Marschner of the Coin and Stamp Shop, what precious metals he'd buy for his own stack! While I talk with my dealer, he helps new stackers understand what to buy and warns people over our failing US economy and depreciating dollar. I ask Tim what types of silver and gold he would want in his personal stack after he sells his coin shop and liquidates his gold and silver inventory. The US dollar's reserve currency status is in jeopardy, and you need to protect yourself from out-of-control governments and central banks more than ever before. Spot prices on silver and gold may rise without warning, so you need a good stack of silver rounds, silver bars, silver coins, and gold coins as essential barter and wealth preservation.

@@anonymous071985 I recently just started and I'm stacking so that one day my daughter (6 year old) can inherit it all. I thought about the same thing that she'll think that these metals were coins and bars collected by dad, but that's about it. So when my first piece arrived, I told her about it. She was intrigued by it and when I finally explained to her what it was and let her touch it, her eyes just lit up and was so flabbergasted by it haha. I'm hoping that I get her into it as well. Seems to be working since she asked me for a 'treasure bar' for herself, so I let her choose some random copper bar. Looks like we started on the right steps!

My experience was not with kids, but my aunt. She was in between jobs and needed a computer. So I gave her my old laptop. Expensive laptop new. And not very old. It still could have sold for money. And go figure, she used it a couple times then tossed it out like yesterday's garbage.
When you give an item it tends to have way less value than when a person works for the same thing. Silver and Gold included.

It's truly finished. This is why the framers originally wanted land owners to vote. If you have no stake in the system, you'll vote for whomever promises you the most freebies. I don't think people receiving government assistance should have a say in the direction of things. They only know/care about one direction - towards themselves.

@stuartmoore6310 No. I’m not a “pumper”. That term comes from the notorious “pump and dump” strategy. Meaning 1) you do not inherently believe in what you’re advocating, and 2) your just artificially trying to jack up the price of something prior to you selling your position and making a profit. I don’t do either. I advocate for the protection of some of your wealth before a crisis or collapse. It’s wealth insurance. That’s it. My investment portfolio is largely in other yielding and cash flowing assets, like real estate. Only around 15% of my wealth are in precious metals. You can certainly level the “slow, subtle pumper” claim all you want but if you knew what I’ve clearly and consistently stated on my channel for over 5 years now, you would know better.

In 2007-8 I was buying gold & silver at a local shop using cash. At one point I got a KYC notice from my bank due to the multiple cash withdrawals.
I went to the shop and informed the owner just in case. He looked at me and said, "Who are you?" 😂

When I was a general contractor and gave a bid to someone, I would tell them get at least 2 more bids. Especially if it was an elderly woman, I would demand they get more bids. The most often comment I got was "but I trust you". And I would tell them that is the first thing a scammer learns is how to appear trust worthy. But,,,, I do trust Tim. Never met him, but for some reason, I trust him.

Me, too. I hope never to touch the stuff. It's mostly mine for now (other than gifts for birthdays, graduations, and Christmas) in case I need it, but the idea is to save it for them. Mostly, I stack, but I buy a few "interesting" pieces I hope they like or that will maybe go up in value over time. Sometimes I think no one knows what they're doing. We're all just doing our best.

Thats exactly why I only buy 100+ oz bars. In the end the premium wont matter. So why be wasteful with Silver Eagles or 10oz bars? Buy the dip, get low premium, boom you have low silver dollar price average, into the profit zone sooner.

I started collecting common date Morgans in 1990. I didn't start getting real interested until 2001, when silver was under $5 oz and gold was about $250 oz. I started learning back then the price of gold reflected the state of our economy....how true that is!

Look here, you rich people: Weep and groan with anguish because of all the terrible troubles ahead of you. Your wealth is rotting away, and your fine clothes are moth-eaten rags. Your gold and silver are corroded. The very wealth you were counting on will eat away your flesh like fire. This corroded treasure you have hoarded will testify against you on the day of judgment. - James 5:1-3

California, you know that place where the politicians look out for the little guy, charges a hefty state tax for metals purchases under $1,500. So if you're wealthy and buy ounces of bars and coins, no worries. If you are a small timer or lowly low incomer, you have to pay state tax on that investment because the state needs their share of that and it way less important to them that you invest and be successful since you most likely don't donate to their campaigns. It's really great to live in a place where they look our for regular folks and not just game the system to benefit the rich.
