What I don’t understand about glyphs is do they need paper or just any flat surface
Luz looks so tired and emotionally drained here. Like she's just so relieved to get all of that stress and guilt off of her chest, even if there are still problems and if complete closure isn't really an option, she managed to at least have a bit of peace and comfort.

I know what it’s like to keep a secret. I wanted to tell my teacher that she is wrong about me relying on myself but I was coward in there because I was afraid if I tell her then she would force me to have three periods in a row with her and I can’t go through that and it’s even more stressful because I didn’t even get to tell her that I went out in the cold just to say congratulations to my friend you know sometimes I wonder if I told my teacher all of that I know things would be different

This episode made me cry when I learned about her dad being gone and the scene with the flowers. It was so sweet and heartbreaking all at the same time it showed a different side of Luz and amity was so sweet! I stan Lumity so much ❤️🥰😭

Poor Luz...she's so so tired.
Imagine, losing your dad at such a tender age, having your mom work so hard to support you, feeling like an outcast because you feel so different from everyone. To the point your mom want you to conform better because it's causing genuine issues.
Yet she still shines so brightly for everyone. Always trying to be optimistic and kind and trying to be good to others, even when they haven't been as kind to her.
Luz had every right to be a bitter person, but she isn't.
She's a wonderful protagonist who reminds me of wonderful people I've known throughout my life, and I hope more people see that she's not just "Amity's Gf" but a whole beautiful, well thought out, kind, main character.
She's the star of the show 💫

I love how quiet and gentle this scene is.
Man this scene made me cry a little of how they send the flowers out to the place they first dance at grim it was beautiful
This episode was so beautiful & with so much happening, it hurts my soul for both of these girls. I feel just like Amity on wanting to be more closer with her dad, but I absolutely cried when Luz talked about her dad. Seeing all of this was beautifully well done & it keeps on going.
This scene in particular made it feel familiar, specific people who’ve passed away took a lot in me with so much heartbreak.
Well we didn’t do what Luz & Amity did, but something close to that. Whenever my family & I would go camping, we’d write on paper plates or paper as if we’re writing a letter to them. Once we’re done with that, we give a nice hug & let it burn in the fire.
Why? It’s a belief that the ashes or the little red flames in the fire would fly up to the stars & the stars are all of the people that have died over so many many years in our lifetime. So o when they do have our letters / messages, they can actually read whatever we wrote to them.
It just made me think about cherishing what we have with remembrance of who we lost but not let it completely hold it back to keep moving forward, let it take it’s coarse to heal in a healthy way.

This is by far one of the best lumity moments from Owl House and how far they've come to get to this moment.
I haven't lost my Dad, but I've lost my brother to Cancer in 2016. He his favorite flowers are Marigolds, so me and my family plant a big flower pot full of them every year. In a way, I understand how Luz feels of losing a love one.

Squid Game episode 6 and surprisingly The Owl House S2E3, because of how realistic Alex Hirsch’s voice acting was.

my reaction to my grandmother's death usually goes the way of i remember something awesome about her: her travels with my step grandfather before he passed and she started to deteriorate or just how strong she was and then it feels like a slap to the head when i remember, oh she's gone
Something I really like about Luz & Amity's relationship is that the thing that broke Raine & Eda apart is what keeps these two together: communication. Eda ran and ran and ran from her problems to the point the person she loved didnt feel like she knew her anymore. And with Lumity their relationship solidifies the more they confide in each other, and wobbles a bit when one of them tries to ignore a problem
December 18 was my Grandma death Anniversary and I still missed her.

Idk if that is how english works for speakers but when Luz says you gotta know I hear a little of effort to avoid tears, I can relate to that
I didn't know that Luz father died and Luz is still grieving about it and I'm glad that Amity is there for her no matter what she also understand why Luz is like worried or pressure and why she join the brawl they are really getting closer and closer and I hope Amity will appear in future episodes more because who knows that the show will come to an end.

it makes sense. Luz has had practice making actual circles whereas witches’ magic circles seem to automatically make their shape without needing distinct movements, just a general guide.

SPOILERS FOR THE FINALE:
That moment when you realize the flowers might've reached the realm between life and death, given how Luz got there as balls of light drifting off into the sky. And while it was the wrong father waiting there for her, I still think this was intentional foreshadowing.
