Thanks for saying Appalachian correctly and more importantly thanks for telling everyone to make reservations!!!! Reserve early for sure. Walk-in dinner Downtown at 6pm is nearly unheard of on weekends!
Being born and raised in NC definitely helps get those pronunciations correct! Not to mention my niece is at App State 😉 As I've been traveling around, pretty much any area that is a "tourist" area requires reservations these days!
I've watched your videos and thoroughly enjoy them! You're just a 'book' of helpful info. Can you speak on coupons for the attractions that you cover? Thank You! I'm looking into sending my son to college at Western, could you possibly do a video on the college and it's area. I've heard that there's no clubs/bars that sell alcoholic beverages there near the college - Is that True? That would make me a happy mama lol
Unfortunately I don't live in the Asheville area, I was just a visitor myself. I live on the coast of NC, about 7 hours away. I've heard Western is an excellent school, especially if he is into the arts. 😊
Just got back from two weeks in western Carolina.such a beautiful part of our country. However Asheville was not very impressive. Lot of rude people, very dirty.
we do have a great community in Asheville....the "outskirts" are excellent....biking in DuPont and Bent Creek....Blue Ridge Parkway....Brew City (un-explainable---the beer is crazy 10...as Billy Bob says a F@#$in' 10).....but right now with our political climate---our city and Tunnel Road is dangerous...stay away from the city...period, locals just dont go............and never plan to drive from 5pm to 7pm...our roads cant sustain the cars yet that moved here, its outgrowing the roads
For a tourist the main problem would probably be car break-ins so keep everything valuable out of sight. Cop numbers way down since BLM protests and they do not respond in person to property crimes anymore. Aggressive panhandling or encounters with mentally disturbed folk downtown is not a crime but may be scary for some. Other than those drawbacks it’s a nice place to visit
Crimes twice the national average. Homeless drug addicts everywhere pollution is horrible. 1800 trees have been cut for hotels and condos. Overly expensive and oh yeah no mountains in the city .
Thank you for those tips. I will definitely keep those in mind if I ever go to Asheville, which I hope I will.

Actuality, he's studying business & will be focused on Real Estate. I'm in Fayetteville. I'm just 2 hrs from you 😉
thanks for the video.
The San Francisco of the east.
San Francisco is less clean than a cadavers bowels. AsEVILle is lower scum than that- particularly pedophile lawyers there like sluder & pickering.
Solid video, thank you!
Lovin it
NOT BOOKING, NOT PARKING, NOT MAKING RESERVATIONS…. THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP. 👍🤟
