Question, does the metal clasp scratch easily? I love this bag and consider purchasing, but I feel like I would heavily scratch the metal trying to lock it one handed.
I have three kids and zero tote bags. Lol. I have the speedy and the Pochette Metis in empreinte. Love them both, but the speedy is for a short trip shopping. If I will be out longer, love the Pochette Metis.
Ok so people saying “that will change when you have kids” about liking tote bags I don’t feel is true at all! When I started having kids I still don’t use totes. I just don’t like them. I actually used my speedy with an organizer for all the baby items when my daughter was a baby. Now that she’s an older toddler I use the Métis. 😊 I have the black one but am looking into the monogram because I love it. Thanks for sharing. Beautiful bag! ❤
I love this bag sooo much!! I literally bought a second one last year to gift it as a present to my sister in law not knowing she just got her hands on one too haha! Now I have one left in the original box and haven’t even opened yet.. Thinking about selling it since so many people are still trying to get a “Made in Fance” version! I live in the Netherlands btw so all (atleast the ones I own from LV) are made in France❤️
I’ve had my Pochette Métis for almost 3 years and it’s definitely my go to especially when I want to be organized instead of dumbing everything in my speedy 25 lol. Mine has patina so nicely! I definitely take care of my bags but I don’t baby them either (great tip from your aunt) 💖 I hope you continue to love your bag as much as I love mine!! 💕
I love my Pochette Métis. I’ve had mine for a little over a year. I’ve also treated the vachetta with the Apple Guard after watching Shea Whitney’s video when I first got it, and it now has a very nice patina. I also haven’t had any issues with the clasp.
You are smart wore a tote to work for 20 years can barely move my right shoulder. I’m a small bag lady now. The pochette Métis is a great bag and your aunt is correct about not babying bags. They are meant to be used. Great video. Great piece
I NEED this bag but as a mom, I don’t think it will hold what I need. I have a speedy b 35 and love it for me and my toddler. Also with this bag, I’m 5 11 and plus size, so I don’t think the strap would be long enough. I’m glad you’re loving your luxury purchases! Do you still love and wear the Hermès bracelet?

I keep my makeup in my LV mini pouchette & it fits perfectly in my Métis. BTW, after seeing your new bag, I just had to get it! So excited & it’s beautiful. Perfect to carry everyday. I’ve got a Speedy 30 bandolier & it’s gorgeous but just too big to carry everyday.

I purchased the Palm Springs mini back in February and I’m having major regrets about not choosing the Pochette Métis instead. I have not taken the PSM out of the box! and I refuse to sell it on resale sites and lose money 😭 I’ll be buying this beauty eventually🥰
