You should get a kindle! It’s life changing. Can go in every bag and the light is wonderful.Especially in bed or on a plane at night and you don’t have to use the light above your seat. I fought it for a long time because I love the feel of an actual book, but iLOVE it!
I’ve had a kindle for years, but never use it as I much prefer the actual book. Sometimes I’ll read on my phone but that’s only if I’m in a pinch. Books are my true love. 💗
Definitely recommend reading 5 love languages for children. Enjoy your vacation!

Aw, don’t be afraid of the vachetta! 😉
Spray it with Apple guard or any leather protectant and then let it cure in the sun for several days. A sunny window location does the trick. My croisette DA vachetta looks amazing after trying this hack. It only had a bit of patina after a year, but not much.

Thanks for the video! How often do you have to spray the apple 🍎 guard? Do you do it just once or have to reapply every so often? Also, for new bags does the spray turn dark the vachetta dark when you spray it but then go back to the light vachetta when it dries?
I really love the pochette metis in mono. I was debating on the reverse too. Im not sure if I want 2 same style but different print.
I love it too, but I think one is enough! If you get the reverse mono, you’ll likely wind up reaching for one much more than the other. I say, enjoy the one you have and diversify your collection. 😉

Very cute bag and card case. Just a tip the card case stretches out a lot. I def wouldn’t over stuff it with the cash rolled up in the middle.
Love that you put your pen in that plastic sleeve, I cringe 😖 when I see what’s in my bag vids and they put their pen in their bag just like that. They sell pen sleeves on Amazon just FYI in case that one tears.
It's beautiful I agree but I carry 5 times more stuffs than that. The keepall do better job or at least Alma MM. I like the bag widely open when I search for my stuff during my trip and Alma even can hold my bottle and food box. This one is good going out shopping
Hi, I really enjoyed watching your luxe bag videos and reviews. Have been eyeing the Pochette Metis for a while now and haven't found one with perfect alignment. I was wondering do you think the s lock closure is secure enough to travel to Europe with? Would love to know your thoughts. Thank you!
Aw thank you. Yes, I think the Pochette Métis is secure enough for traveling through Europe but you’d want to be mindful regardless of which bag you use. I used an open top bag in Paris with no issue but I’ve seen others with full zip backpacks get pickpocketed so with everything, it’s about being aware of your surroundings. I’ve also heard from a few people that their Pochette Métis sometimes opens/unlocks on its own, so I would recommend checking how well the closure works when/if you purchase one! Hope this helps!
Great perfume - Ariana Grande's Cloud is basically a dupe for it. In case anyone wants to try it for a more affordable price.

I don’t really do anything special! I just keep my LV canvas bags out of the sunlight by storing them in the dust bags.

Do you bring a plastic bag to cover your bag when you need to stow it away underneath the seat for take-off/landing?
Nope! There’s plenty of room to keep the bag with me on the seat. 😉
I tried to keep my bag (it was very small) in my lap one time and they still made me put it under the front seat 😭

I am kind of sad. I was looking at my bag in reverse monogram and discovered a TINY crack on the curve of the flap. Right where the flap bends to open and close. Is this normal? its TINY.
Is it the glazing? If so, cracked glazing was a very common issue with the Pochette Métis for several seasons and you may want to bring it into LV for service if it looks like the crack may get worse. Hopefully it’s not a big issue.
Do you have any luxury backpacks? I’m curious how you feel about the Pochette Métis versus a backpack as a best travel bag

For the pouch, are you looking for something designer? I love the LV Pochette accessoires for that but they’re so hard to find in store these days. Or a flat pouch like the ones Fendi and Gucci offer - those could work too! Or check out DressUpYourPurse and see the pochettes they offer. The Kirigami set is cute! The only thing is, I’ve heard many people find they’re not as functional. 🤷🏻♀️ I think these 3 are great options and I love how they have wrist straps. It’ll make it so much easier when you’re traveling. Plus, they’re versatile! 😊

Or you could get the Chanel o case in the small size (not the mini, but the next size up). Those also fit several passports!

I'm super freaked out now... does yours have a 'Made In ....' I was at the store and the tag had Louis Vuitton and Paris underneath but nothing else. I was reading online and it was saying that it was blank because those are made in USA. Others would have the traditional 'Made In ...' just was so confused.
When I bought mine in store, there was a made in USA one that was missing the “made in” stamp as well.

I love metis but girl has got bills lol , a friend at my work place introduced slaybags to me and i googled ,saw good reviews about the quality of the bags so i purchased the mm from there and omg i love it , the quality is almost like the real and it came with card and receipt as well . I am happy hopefully i can get the real deal some day .Just sharing thank me later
