I am pretty interested in this one. I don't know too much about the Fate series, myself, though, unfortunately, but my first experience with it was Fate/Extra, though I also played a little bit of Extella. I do wish there were more action-oriented games in the series, though. I'm not really much for visual novels, and the Fate series just really lends itself well to action. I am pretty excited for Fate/Extra Record, though, and I would like to find an English translation of Fate/Extra CCC.

well. nice going Chris…now I know for certain this is the closest thing I’ll get to Samurai Warriors 6 until it actually comes around. I’m really hoping they took what they learned her and apply it to the next SW and DW games somehow. It really would be nice to have decloned characters for SW especially.

I would say not to go in expecting a Warriors game, but an action RPG with Warriors style combat. I would say though, that this wouldn't be a bad experience if set in the Samurai/Dynasty Warriors series.

On the one hand it is nice to finally have KT doing something involving the fate series, Musashi FINALLY being playable is always great and the game did get my one friend buying it. But on the other hand I can't lie and say that I wasn't disappointed when I found out that this game was not gonna be a Warriors game but rather be a strange action RPG hybrid and nothing more than that. The minute I saw the very small number of enemies on screen my first thought was oh no it is gonna be just a regular action game, The fact that the game definitely looks like that it has issues on the visual department does not really help at all and finally and this is the biggest one aside from not giving us an actual Warriors game for Fate that is made by the guys who made dynasty Warriors and samurai Warriors, we were also not given the chance to give another series a chance to get a Warriors game. A series like maybe bleach or Gundam or if you REALLY need another Warriors game set in Japan DEMON SLAYER! I just feel like there are other opportunities for a series to have a Warriors game, an actual one rather than just giving fate an opportunity just because it's super popular. In any case it's fine and if nothing else Musashi got a new outfit and is playable fully. Still this was a good review Chris and I hope you enjoyed your fifth anniversary!

My intro to this whole FATE thing was of course the LINK on ps vita, then umbral stars
If the combat is good, a d yiu say it is, im sold
I really dont care about the story. I want the game to have one, but it can be generic with no twists but ut has to be implemented good! I hope that makes sense.
But...if frame drops are an issue on PS5, the switch version is gonna suck?! 😮 Portable is my preferred way
Also, Dynasty warriors M released on mobile! In some parts of the world. I cant get it and i dont have a Thailand VPN (at least I dont think i have it). It has microtransactions 🤢🤦‍♂️ saw gameplay on UA-cam...looks good actually...don't know it has controller support or not. Cuz if no, it's no buy!

Just gotta be patient, and do research, luck helps a huge bit too..
