Presidential System:
For Pakistan, the Parliamentary system is more suitable while the presidential system is unsuitable.

4) Divided Mandate
5) Political Consensus

Allam Inayt ullah Mashriqui proposed a formula of proportional representation in order to protect national solidarity and remove sense of depravation among the minorities or social classes. According to this, representation in parliament should be proportional to the percentage of a social class in society. Its mean 5 percent representation should go to elite class if it is 5% of the total population. Similarly, 60% representation in parliament should be granted to the middle class if it is 60% of the total population. This formula will strengthen the current parliamentary system of government which has lead to sense of depravation across the different regions of country like Balochistan. System can be modified in order to address the emerging social issues of society
If an MNA from middle class is corrupt and win election, will he let a honest man become PM of Pakistan?
or will he join a corrupt group of politicians for monetary benefits??
Proportional representation is good. But it's not enough to bring radical positive change in Pakistani politics.
Class does not represent the minority groups of different religion, area and cultural background which defies the whole point of representation in parliament. Secondly, represention is good but not beyond the point that people of actual merit get ignored
Thanks

Your lectures are very nice .. plz work on doing 1 lecture a weak .. thank you
Make more provinces, better administration and development. And better control.
Very well elaborated. But as He himself said at the beginning that both the systems have their own pros and cons but didn’t talk about a single possible benefit of Presidential system. Anyways, we should first get a genuine democratic system! Not a puppet hybrid democracy
yes because he is teaching this to us for CSS exam, and we have to keep certain things in mind. On such topics you usually go for options that already exist in your country. open debate may then we can talk about both.
Agr hum provincial system hi khtm kr dein or pakistan ma one unit state system ho to phr apki kya raye ha k presidential system kesay work kray ga?? Kya aesa possible hota ha kisi b country ma?? I'm student of BS-IR so plz guide me in this regard. Thanks
Presidential system favours Pakistan. Because we vote to matriculated beacuse of thier influence in derived constituency. We vote on the basis of class, colour, and language etcetera. Parliamentarians are not competent to provide relief to public in true sense. Affluent people participate in election process while poor and competent mass remain absent in representation. After election, Prime Minister is blackmailed in different ways to get entry to cabinet.
According to reports 250 parliamentarians, elected in 2013 election, were holding fake degrees. Just imagine! How will such illiterate parliamentarians will bring changes in system and society.
On the other hand, presidential system will at least have well educated technocrats. Institutions will be workings under sops and in their ambit. Importantly, we haven't experienced presidential system so far, the one which is discussed widely was Ayoub era, he was not elected but took over the system. In presidential system president is selected by the people vote. President can't challenge institutions the way today's cabinet and parliamentary bodies are doing. Parliament supremacy, in parliamentary system, is actually considered prophetic politics. Everything and institutions are paralyzed by parliament. NAB, SBP, ECP, COAS, and other important positions are under the PM. What is the role of Cabinet, just suggestive or consultancy body. Whatever the PM want is done either by parliamentary process if can't than ordinance is the best way to bypass parliamentarians.
In short, it is high time to adopt presidential system for the national development and public interest.
Well said man👏
اسلامک صدارتی نظام
Kindly elaborate history or profile of presidential and parliamentary form In pakistan ?
well said country adopt system what suits them as their culture and history. keen to see your video on Khilafat system in contrast with these 2.
There is no such thing as a "Khilafah" system as it was just Muslim colonial rule and as with other imperial powers it was kicked out.
The closest you can get to a "Khilafah" is to have a customs, currency, trade union, etc with other Muslim majority countries and implement something similar to EU or South American countries.
Sir how to get prevent elite capture in case of parliamentary system of governance?
Please make one video on SAPs and IMF
Sir do make a video about pak us relations after the statement
" Pakistan still a strategic partner"
Because there must be some hidden motives of US behind this statement
✨China✨
What's our biggest need. Stability prosperity. We need value system society. Development, economy.
👍
A.O.A sir..!
I was keenly waiting for the current hot debate of presidential or parliamentary system of govt and pakistan ..
Very well explained but one thing is missing ,advantages of presidential system in the context of pakistan ..
One thing more , as said by well known lawyer of SC , Aitezaz Ahsan that it is a useless discussion that pakistan should opted for presidential system bz it is and it will considered to be nullifying the 1973 constitution , which is based on parliamentary form of government ..
Need your answer
Ahtazaz ahsan belong to PPP.
and PPP is not in favour of Presidential system because they fear that they will not get enough votes to win in presidential system.
A System is created for welfare of people. It's not a word of God that can not be changed.
Yes it will, in order to implement presidential system in Pakistan, the country will need to frame and adopt a new constitution based on presidential system.
Sir Balochistan parties and Afghanistan k regarding b elaborate Karen please
Sir please give some information about legislation and executive under presidential form
Hmm
❤🔥❤
Moazzam sb please explain what is meant by concurrent list
Some modifications in the presidential system that suits our under privileged areas would favour Pakistan a lot. Parliamentary system is over experienced, & is nothing more than a deteriorating dead body.
Delegate OR Instructed representation theory ka marit merites and demerits bt Sir
Can't we say thay that still federal harmony is being disturbed even in parliamentary system keeping in mind the situation of other provinces ?.
Please add subtitles. Sometimes I don't understand what you said. The words don't come out clearly sometimes.
By the way, in both forms of government, we have failed to stabilize the country whether it is an economic, political, social, or technological sphere. We need a proper SYSTEM not a government to form long-term policymaking and ensure its execution as other developed countries are doing for the well-being of their people. Unfortunately, we always occupy the last place in every index of the world, especially HDI. Neither we can progress in Presidential nor Parliamentary forms of government unless we built a strong system that can benefit common people, not feudalists, capitalists, industrialists, politicians, major generals, and others.
Agree
When did we have a proper democratic Presidential system?
Perfect 💕
The main problem is that the system always manages to give power only few people in the top and our feeble minds are built for creating cults and mindlessly following these selfish elitists. Pakistani people have to learn their rights in order to put all these people accountable for that reason I supported IK but now that he's stared all this chaos knowing the state of our country idk what to say. I think Pakistan needs to invest more GDP on educational institutions rather than our military for a start!
Sir, even in the current composition of Parliament, Punjab's share is overriding. If we move to presidential system, we can also change our voting system and devise some way to give smaller states more representation than their population. Like winner takes all in smaller states but not in Punjab.
Kindly show the full map of Pakistan sir pls
don't it look parliamentary system has failed in Pakistan? Please also share your ideas on this topic. Much obliged!
Sir kindly Russia Vs Ukraine issue cover krain
Sir episod on curent affair of last page magzine work on it plz
Sir it was highly biased discussion, because you didn’t point out the flaws of parliamentary system that Pakistan has been facing….you pointed out loopholes of presidential system in the context of Pakistan but that hung-parliament couldn’t deliver is not mentioned..there are many positives of presidential system in context of Pakistan which l..
Dear really thankful for frank review of my talk. I would rather call my talk one dimensional and focused on fundamental thesis that parliamentary form suites pakistan. If you listen to my conclusion, first line of it, you will find me clearly stating that parliamentary system is not perfectly suited but only better. I fundamentally agree with what you are trying to say. Thank you
True.. By just discussing the flaws of Presidential system and recommending a system on basis of weak analysis. Is Presidential system just resp for East Pak seperation. Wt abt elections and Tum udr Hum idr mindset.. Pak greatly progressed in 1960s during Presidential system. Should we give authority of our future decisions in the hands of Current Rubbish political leaders?
@@sanaqau1 parliamentary system is not good for Pakistan.
That's why Pakistan suffered tremendously in last 30 years.
Sir but we also see some great and successful exemples of presidential system in world isn't it
Thats true. My whole argument is it is not system but political culture that determines which system suites pakistan
@@sanaqau1 sir , how about analysing failures of Western capitalist democracy against socialist system in our region .
We need to know about it .
Shall be grateful?
@@sanaqau1 Sir, how can only political culture bring positive change to Pakistan??
System is crucial for progress of a country.
Compare China & india.
They were at the same level 30 years ago.
System matters a lot.
Let’s divide 4 provinces into 100+ provinces & then bring presidential system?
Can someone share link of pol science of ahmad ali naqvi.humble request
In America like model all provinces will have equal opportunity to select president..
Keeping senators vote in view I think... There may be difference in popular vote as in case of trump and Hillary Clinton
Secondly, why are we basing our hypothesis that governance will be strongly centralised.
The kind of presidential system we had was under military rules, which is not representation.
Bhai wo dictator ship tha
Still not hundred percent sure some examples of physical role play are needed
I am shocked to see why majority of Pakistani support Presidential System. Want to see Imran khan as President..
But if this happened, then Pakistan would face the consequences of it like as they faced in 1971
World times main Ameer ka bacha par saktha magar middle class ka nhe yeh business Chala raha Kya CSS aur PMS Ameer log achay academy paray gay Middle,Upper class ka nhe gharib ka bacha CSS officer bana darwana khawab hai.
