Not sure what use a robotics camp would be for a child that makes giant robots who can colonize mars. Probably wouldn't find being grouped up with a bunch of children who make glorified RC cars that struggle to turn left all that stimulating.
Imagine if he found a more practical use for his giant robots? He has the power to make the world a much better place with his giant robots, yet he just uses them for destruction and to make his own life easy.
He actually tried to do good in one episode to win Wordgirl’s heart by competing in an inventors’ contest, but lost to Violet’s gadget (a mix of kitchen utensils that Becky squeezes together secretly) which Tobey felt insulted, and loses his cool, went on a rampaged and as usual, Wordgirl saved the day. Villains, zero.
