  • Tutorial on setting up and running an EM simulation (AXIEM) for a microstrip stub resonator in Microwave Office. We show how to integrate the EM simulation in a circuit schematic using a subcircuit block. We also show how to view the currents flowing on the conductors.

Dear Aron, this is really wonderful explanation using Axiem. I have a quick question - Although there is only one dielectric layer in the design, we still need a multi-dielectric-layer model, why is this?

In EM layer Mapping, under Drawing Layer there is no copper material displayed.
Can you please help me with this?

Hi, i hope you are still around, my project requires that i Develop and simulate the microstrip line-based circuit with Electromagnetic (EM) fields in AWR, is this exactly what the video is about??
