Hi that was really really help ful. I have a lab session at U of G. And it has something to do with Bandpass filter design based on CPW (distributed model - not Lumped) and optimization based on strip line lengths and stub lengths. The challenge here is they had given a circuit for Bandstop and asked us to do a Bandpass filter design by changing the stub connections (o.c. stubs). I can share the AWR template (ver. 16) details & the questionnaire report with you (by email), can you advise me to design the circuit connections for Bandpass (given a bandstop CPW design). can you constrain the optimiser to only work with say E96 or E192 range components?
