The graphics card and processor are not overclocked. The i5 14400F is worse than the R5 7500F in games, but it's still a very good indicator, so I recommend it for the RTX 4070 Super, at 1440p resolution.

Que tal, yo hace dos meses arme mi PC con la 4070 super porque quería jugar igual que tu, juegos en 1440p y en ultra y hasta ahora se ha logrado el objetivo, he jugado todos los juegos en ultra y la gran mayoría van arriba de 100 fps. Los juegos de última generación en resolución nativa pueden bajar hasta 80, pero recordemos en en estos casos es importante usar las herramientas de Nvidia por las cuales tambien estamos pagando, es decir DLSS y Frame Generation. Recordar que la serie 4060 esta destinada a alto rendimiento en 1080, y la serie 4070 a alto rendimiento en 1440p
Rt:ultra Lumen and shit these settings are so demanding you can do custom settings and have much better performance that what they call "optimization" Optimization is not a real term it could be just a bad PC port Or good console port But In most cases is that console already come with perfect fps/graphics with least loss

CS2 is the best measure of the quality of a graphics processor
I have 7500f and 5800X at home, and 7500f much better for gaming.
