You can do full also carbon trunk to go with the wing and bonet since u got the roof wrapped in black, it could look awesome, great car bro love it

Genevo9 yeah just let me know when,
I've got a sun damaged rear wing and over here in AU the shop wants a grand to fix it, I'm thinking of having a go at rubbing back and respraying but not sure of the end result
very doable brotha. Just use the right grits of sand paper and wet sand. Then respray with clear coat. Prep time is just so time consuming, but i know you can do it brotha!

When you wet sand the paint down with the 600 grit I’m guessing the carbon would need to be recleared afterwards? I just got a big carbon wing for my Evo but You got me thinking of going a full stock carbon to change around with every now and then. Also check out my latest video I just got my oem dash panels skinned in real carbon as well. Carbon fibre really is an addiction haha.
yes brotha you will need to re-clear, but i would suggest hitting it with 1500-3000 grit to make it smooth. I will definitely try to check out your oem dash panel! that actually sounds really cool!
i knew it was all cf. when she's all cleaned up, in the right light, you can see the weave through my paint on the wing.

@@Genevo9 yeah bro, the 9 wing sides are just painted in comparison to the exposed carbon on the 8. From my understanding the main difference between the 8 and 9 wing besides paint is that the 8 wing blade is not hollow compared to the 9.
