Interesting. I have a lump sum doing absolutely nothing at all in my bank account, I wanna get something started with it. You seem to be doing excellent for yourself, how do you achieve this?😊
When u live in suburbs you most likely to get electricity from a municipality its usually townships and rural areas that get directly from eskom.. this is due how during apartheid these places had no electricity n eskom had to put in infrastructure in those areas
@@siyamdluli you are asking a stupid question because your brain if you do have, is full of crayons. That is why you respond without understanding, you just color.
I'm sure someone pulled the ANC aside last year and told them, no electricity no jobs, no economy, no taxes and therefore fuck all money to steal. And that's the bottom line.....money
I recently visited my mom in eastern free state and in a week there are daily power outages that go for more than 24hrs and they switch on electricity for 1 hr after 2 to 3 days of no power. so again the situation is worser than 2 hours of loadshedding scheduled.
But if you check during winter time loadshedding gets better as we have a lot of good coal, come winter in Europe and all these guys are shipping all the good coal and we back to square one, hopefully things change...
12.35am Why can't we continue with this? 100 days... What a pleasure. Although a good few people have had to go through a hell of alot of money installing inventors etc... Wonder whose family were involved in importing the units? Like the cigarettes during Covid...
We're already feeling the high cost of electricity now. This month when I purchased R500 electricity instead of getting around +200 units I only received 99.3 umits. The R200 charge defucted for network maintenance should have been agreed with communities. Communities participation should have taken place so that communities buy in and know how the R200 came about. How jany customers oay this R200.
I am just afraid the no-loadshedding will only last until Eskom gets the 34% increase for 2025 via NERSA. Remember the m.o. in the past was to have enough electricity and then when we started moaning about the new absurd tariff increases suggested, they hit us with load shedding to force us to toe the line.
I think once the government pays off its debt, it would be ideal that more nuclear power stations are built, to build more affordable baseload electricity. Ofcourse we will require skilled enough engineers to build and run these facilities in a cost effective manner. So a good education system is futureproofing your country. I'm talking about more than 10 years of improvement
Why does he keep on referring to Vuyo Mvoko as Bra Dan, 12:40, 15:24, 16:46, 29:54 He must avoid mentioning names when having conversations to avoid this offensive behavior.
That is Municipal measure to manage illegal connections. It has nothing to do with faults at Eskom. Eskom allocate electricity to each Municipality based on agreement between eskom as a supplier and municipalities as consumers. Municipalities agreements with Eskom does not accommodate illegal connections.
By the way, nothing was ever wrong with Eskom. Load shedding was intentionally made, for Eskom to be privatised. While being milked dry by tenderprenuers.
They also wanted to create room for independent power producers, to gain a share, because then they will sell their electricity to Eskom. Since Eskom would be struggling. Brian Molefe, former CEO of eskom said there is nothing wrong with Eskom. But intentional bad management.
They stopped the eating before the elections 😂😂😂😂. There was never an issue, the issue they created to steal unhindered in large quantities all under the smoke of issues at Eskom. For a strange reason Eskom have power when they need it to
Imagine your partner cheats on you continously....and your friend keeps telling you to leave him/her, that 1 friend who tells you the truth as it is. Then you decide to move on and entertain someone potentially better than your cheating partner. And all of sudden your partner decides at the moment where they can see they about to lose you to someone better than him/her, then decides to work on your relationship/marriage and try put some effort that's been lacking for 30 years.... Would you then stay in relationship/marriage? ANC is that cheating partner who needs to be divorced....try figure out who it's cheating with and you will know who to vote for in the next coming election 😉
OMG, stop talking in riddles, tell the youth in simple terms, how we can take advantage of the energy sector, how do we start? Where do we go? How do we start if we have interest but no resources??? Talk to us about how we can be part of the solution! Get the youth actively involved! Give us opportunities, not political babble, we need real solutions on the ground. Give us specifics, where are these things taking place? What has been done? Where is the project plan? Project progress??? Can we get answers assomblief??? Please who is this Mrs Joy
Thank you to the ESKOM, this is highly appreciated especially during winter time.

Why are other communities purchasing electricity directly at Eskom n some are in Municipality ?
The municipality electricity is too expensive.

Due to municipal problems.

Ther is still a loadshedding and they call it with new name "low reduction"
