I still don’t necessarily agree or in short I mean politicalisation of the public service, is totally a non- starter. People in Government are misplaced. One can’t specialise in HR and one day find himself / herself managing Engineering Department. I am talking about qualified graduates. They must manage according to their qualifications. That will make them perform better. Appointments in Government are confused.
Helen Zille is a divisive politician. She also always asserts her authority and forgets that unity means democratic decision making. DA dictating and feeling entitled will be counter productive. Same applies to Ramaphosa and ANC. South Africa is at a turning point where service delivery better happen fast, otherwise it will be broken beyond repair. The people deserve better (even the morons who did not bother to vote)

After listening to both parties, I think they both don't understand what they got themselves into, which is sad because they are trusted by South Africans to work together. The math is simple here in the GNU, all parties included ANC has 56%, DA 31%, IFP 6% and PA 3%. If 60% is needded in the GNU to pass resolution, then ANC Needs IFP to pass a resolution. DA without ANC cannot pass a resolution but ANC can in the GNU.

Currently no GNU,but a bilateral agreement between Ms Zille and mr Mbalula,
The IEC is mandated to set standards on how the process should unfold,facilitate the process and submit the submission to DPSA
The DPSA should measure success of this project based on the 8 Batho Pele principles
Unless the submission meets these change and transformation principles
It should be done the right the first time and not rush it,otherwise the process will have to be repeated,either by IEC,DPSA or court instruction!
