If I was well read in x-rays this might be helpful, but as a beginner it is too fast, too much info, and too hard for me to really see what you are talking about. It is not obvious what you point out - so please don't tell me that it is an obvious observation!

Abdulkarim Muhammad he is laying on the left side to not mistaken the gastric bubble for free air. Hope this helps
