My name is Rich, and I'm dedicated to preserving and celebrating our cherished memories from the past. That includes classic TV shows, cartoons, movies, and pop culture. Although I specialize in content from the 1960s, I occasionally venture into other decades to explore timeless gems.

My first story was, The Seeds of Doom starring Tom Baker. Been a fan since 1984.
I discovered Doctor Who in the 80s. That was the Tom Baker era. I watched the broadcasts in the United States on PBS.
Then, I watched the "resurrection" of the series on the Sci-Fi (Syfy) Channel.
I even watched every "flashback" episode which Syfy broadcasted during the 50-year anniversary specials.
I've been a Whovian since the early 80s. My Doctor was Tom Baker.
My Man!
Me too! I also also LOVED tuning in for Tom Baker's Doctor !!🎉
Been there since Tom Baker as most of Gen X in America became aware of the show when it got brought over to our public broadcasting stations.
He’ll always be in my top 3. 😉
I miss K-9
As an Australian we had access to BBC programmes. So I've been watching since the mid 60s. And I loved Quatermass and the Pit or 5 million years to Earth.
Just saw one with Rowan "Bean" in it and he fits the role perfectly!
I remember being 3 years old and watching my older brothers watching Dr Who for the first time. The opening music..... scared the willies out of me! Then there were these sliding conical robot monsters screaming ''Exterminate!''. I ran behind the couch and hid. It wasn't for another 3 years that I had the courage to try watching it again.
What I most like about Dr. Who is the fantastic theme song!!!
I’ve watched the entire television canon!
The rerun zone and I convinced dr. Who, Doctor strange, and Doctor Zhivago to do the rounds at the local sanitarium.😮
I heard from a different source that doctor who mysterious background is influenced by the Phantom Stranger, Kell mossa aka pariah and the master was heavily inspired by Sherlock Holmes arch enemy and Vandal Savage.
Amazing..I am going to watch these..Thanks..
And who is William shouting at it i the still at 3:59? That would be a young Bob Monkhouse in "Carry on Sergeant", the very first in the Carry on film series.
believe it or not I NEVER WATCHED IT and i am 69 yrs old
thanks for letting me know what it was or should i say IS ABOUT
And I would LOVE a new season of Doctor Who played by ROWAN ATKINSON
Tom Baker. Best Doctor Ever!
I first discovered the character from the Peter Cushing movies, then caught the early Jon Pertwees in the 70s,beginning a 40+ year love affair! affair.Well done!
😮 *¡Dr. Who from 1963 to 1989 & 2005 to ¿?!* 😮 - 5:17 pm Pacific DayLight Savings Time on Sunday, 17 September 2023 😮
Sunday night Monty Python then Dr. Who. I was always tired on Monday’s.
Ugh! It's "Quatermass", not "Quartermass".
Thanks! You beat me to it! It's nearly as dumb as the mention of England whilst displaying the '🇬🇧'!
It's enough to make me leave the channel - when basic details are completely incorrect and inaccurate!
GRRRRRR!!!
Yeah. Reader got it wrong. It was right in my original.
Watched it from the start, for me William Hartnell is the iconic doctor, but my favourite is Tom Baker. I lost interest during Bill Pertwee - altho he is great, I didn't like the way it was going. Came back for Chris Eggleston and David Tennant. Back in the early days Mum always used to call us for tea just as Dr Who was starting. Oh, Mum !!
BTW, Quartermass ?? It's Quatermass !! Kway-ter-mass !!!
Resistance is futile!!!
who?
Clickbait title but I love doctor who so you'll get away with it.
You seem to have forgotten to "blow the lid on Doctor Who's biggest secret". Clickbait titles are an admission your channel has jumped the shark.
His biggest secret is his being immortal and having to regenerate. I know longtime fans already know but i was trying to appeal to new viewers as well.
Ok. But Daleks are annoying as hell.
I wouldn't let my children watch this woke crap.
Especially when they had a female doctor that absolutely ruined the whole series!
Get them the earlier years on dvd.
Wait. What happened? This video is so far below par for this channel it's dropped off the chart.📉
Really? What didn’t you like, @Vodhin? I want to know so I can fix.
