As a trans person I never use public bathrooms, I specifically avoid them even to the point of causing myself pain after going the entire day without using one because the rhetoric around us has gotten so bad that I'm terrified of someone accusing me of something when I want nothing more than to go unnoticed, to blend in and not cause a scene. 99% of those in power do not know any trans people personally, a lot of them work off of lies fed to them by those who want us dead, so they have this idea that we're perverts and predators, or that we all want to join sports activities and beat cis women. I wish I was normal, most of us do, I'm sorry, but for as long as I have left to live all I can do is try to find some level of happiness.
That sounds awful. I only wish those who go on about "feeling uncomfortable" sharing a bathroom with a trans person could stop to think about how uncomfortable it is for you to share a bathroom with strangers who are much more likely to pose a threat to you than you are to them. All any of us should have to be worried about when we go to a public restroom is whether the seat is clean and there is enough toilet paper. How is it that the people who profess to be so concerned about "dangerous perverts" invading their bathrooms are themselves filled with hostility as they dwell on the genitalia of the person in the stall next to them? Who's the dangerous pervert here? I empathize with you and wish you happiness in this lifetime.
It's so clear that people who are afraid of trans people have usually never known any trans people, and don't know anything about them; but people who care about them often know some of them personally. Some things are normal, just uncommon. It's an important distinction.

Corporate hegemony is far worse than most people realise. 10 companies own most of the popular food brands worldwide and, of course, they are among the least ethical of all. If you're in a position to do so, it's best to buy from local, small businesses. That way you're far less likely to be funding human and animal abuse, and environmental damage. If you're really concerned about the ethics of companies, there are websites dedicated to publishing information which can help you make more ethical shopping choices. Do the best you can and always look for ways to improve. 👍

I'm convinced he's never seen the X-Men movies. Plus, Webster Barnaby is just a dumb name.
He didn't bother to watch or pay attention to the context or check out the history.
That's like saying the ants from A Bugs Life has no right to stand up for themselves otherwise the suppressors are secretly heroes, or Turning Red not including one of biggest tragedies in history because it was set at Canada at the early 2000s, or make a video essay about how The Batman is secretly about against rich people who is in a particular race because a fictional character of another particular race for speaking her own mind that lasted in one small scene that doesn't affect the overall story, or how Captain America shouldn't be taking order to Nick Fury because Steve was from the 1940s.... oh wait, they did happened.

The X-Men can be an allegory for anyone downtrodden by society: black people, LGBTQ. That the point person in FL crafting discriminatory laws against trans people when people of his skin color were just as discriminated against is another example of how black people in the GOP have even less self-awareness than the average Republican.

I am so sorry. Just know some of us are allies and accept you as is.

EXCEPT as a result of second-hand smoke coming from the room next door. The guy uses illegal drugs, and I have been getting sicker and sicker ever since he started filling my room with his drug fumes. It's so bad now that when I have a coughing fit I pee. I now wear a mask in my own room, even while sleeping. It doesn't entirely keep out the pot smoke, and I still stay very sick all the time, but I have to hope it keeps me from being even sicker. If the Republicans in my state hadn't cut disability resources (I was born with an incurable disorder) maybe I could afford to move.
