why is leaving the molar crossbite a good thing? at 1:30

Malpositioned teeth aren't always a malocclusion that *needs* to be corrected. Many molar crossbites are functional and damage isn't seen to the teeth nor the periodontium. Also in this case, the POB was a bigger concern.
