  • Look at this cool little Willys Whippet. This one is a 1929 or 1930 model two door. The more I look at it the more cool things I see. It came with a pretty simple little 30hp 4 cylinder engine, and manual transmission. These had 4 wheel mechanical brakes and it looks like it had bucket seats in the front. On the back is a great old luggage trunk. This has a capacity of just over 4 cubic feet when closed, but it seems to have an option for traveling with it open, where you could pile lots more junk on top.
These were popular cars for the day, and competed directly with Ford, and Chevrolet. They went head to head on price, options, and even safety with their brakes. Strangely enough, there aren’t that many restored ones out there when compared to Fords.
I’m excited to own this one, and thrilled to offer the parts from this car to anyone restoring one of their own. I know the parts from this car will be back on the road somewhere in the world again. Please tell your friends about this car, or let us know what you’re looking for.
At Angry Auto Group, we search farms and ranches across North Dakota, and Montana saving old cars and trucks from certain death by the scrapper. We bring them in the shop and carefully dis-assemble them piece by piece. We then photograph, tag, inventory and shelve every item making it ready to ship anywhere in the world. These parts will all be back on the road again and will surely be loved just as much as the original owner did many years ago.
We specialize in any vehicle made between the mid 1930’s and the early 1960’s. If you’re looking for a part to finish, or customize your project, check us out at www.AngryAutoGr... and let us know what you need.

I've never seen a "trunk" setup like that. I've got a 29 Willys 98B coach. It's a work in progress. They are cool cars.

My father in law bought a 1920 whippet about 15 years ago. It is a 6 cylinder in about the same shape. He passed away 2 years ago would you have a ball park figure of its value ?

We normally part all these out as soon as possible, but we're about 100 cars behind right now, and this one is still complete. Email me at info@angryautogroup.com and we could work something out.
