From the name of the series I guess nezuko will be executed and because of the that tomioka and urokodaki will commit supuku hence leaving tanjiro all alone ( except his squad)
Im not saying that what Sanemi did here was right but it was a lot less irrational then his decisions in the last series In this situation it would be a lot more easy to believe that Nezuko went feral out of her own will since Douma had already left when Sanemi arrived there
