Accurate Entertainment in my opinion yes. Really upsetting because she was my second choice until that debate. She completely stabbed Bernie in the back, when it’s obvious that Bernie did not say anything he is being accused of.
I respected Warren for years and she was my strong second choice but, I don't know anymore. I'm so disappointed with Warren.

They don't like Bernie because he reminds them of what they are not, principled. He has always been principled' and the rest have all sold out in some way.
One thing’s for sure, I’m donating far more often to the Sanders campaign now. And Warren has lost 100% of my respect and support.
Same here, she may as well have conned us into thinking she was a true blue progressive like Bernie. But in the end, none of those candidates are like Bernie, and that's why they fail.

I’m still feeling so sad today, I feel like the girl who just found out her boyfriend has been cheating on her… And everybody else was warning her but, she didn’t wanna listen… And I’m angry! I want a refund dammit of all the money I donated to her and I want to transfer it all to Bernie

I feel betrayed too. Bernie has always been my far and away first choice, but I really liked a lot of Warren's policies so this is disappointing. I'm sad how she stabbed Bernie in the back and for what? She didn't have to do this.

I've always thought y'all were extremely too critical of Warren because of your complete support of Bernie, even though I prefer Bernie but after what has happened this week and especially her attitude and her answering the questions my thoughts on her has completely changed. The way she answered her question in the look on her face when Bernie denied ever saying that listing references to prove that he wouldn't have said that during that time or anytime just for me set it all. She looks so uncomfortable and what really bothers the shit out of me is the first thing out of her mouth was saying Bernie is a friend of mine but try to tear him down when he has never done that to her and has supported her and will support any Democratic nominee not only because it is what's best for the country but because he is a genuine truth-telling good human and always have been. The most criticism from honest people he has gotten was because he doesn't attack other people and he doesn't make shit up and doesn't tear people down just to get ahead. This is the best her and her campaign can come up with lol.

Yea. Cause anyone with a functioning brain that watched that debate saw the clear CNN Bernie hit job being carried out. They only motivated more people to rally around Bernie.

If that cycle repeats itself one more time, the earth is doomed on Climate Change alone. It won't repeat if Trump wins again and we get a true Bernie-like progressive to run in 2024 against 8 years of Trumponomics, perhaps AOC will be old enough then.

Bernie is much better than Steyer, but the argument that rich people can’t help the working class is ridiculous. FDR was incredibly rich, he was a member of the elite and he’s probably the most left wing president we’ve ever had
And, he was the only President who locked up, (interned), all of the Japanese, including Japanese-Americans, during WWII. So there's that.
bobby Being in charge of a country like the US during a clusterfuck as bad as WW2, is an incredibly difficult thing to do. Of course he made a lot of terrible mistakes, but It’s undoubtedly better that he was in charge instead of the republicans who were running against him. Racism and xenophobia was a reality in the early 20th century, the whole south had segregation and all of the elites in the country were somewhat implicit in it.
None of this changes the fact that FDR did a ton of good for the American people at large and that no there were very few other people who would’ve been able to push things such as social security through Congress.
The most disturbing thing to me was seeing Klobuchar and Steyer on stage instead of Andrew Yang...and I'm not even a Yang fan

To Ana, the whole reason why they give Bernie terrible framing is because like you said he has to dismantle the question first, instead of going right into his real answer. And its by design so he wastes most of his time allotted to dismantling the framing first, then they are always cutting him off right in the middle of his answer.
Next time they ask Bernie or Warren how they plan to pay for something, they should just say Mexico is going to pay for it and keep it moving.
Sanders is the best candidate. The rest if them won't get shit done. Go sanders go.

It was ridiculous. Sanders had to say, hello Elizabeth I urged you to run in 2015 and because she decided to bow to Hillary Clinton, Bernie had to run ... and Elizabeth just looked at him. It was disappointing.

Vote Bernie Warren is just a replacement for Clinton
I was utterly disgusted by the CNN moderators. And the CNN discussion group after the debate was just as bad. Warren was already dangling by a very thin thread as my second choice, and CNN took a giant pair of shears to that thread. But maybe that was their goal. Knock out either Warren, or Sanders, or both, leaving the field open to one of the corporate candidates. Unless the Green Party decides to put up a candidate, Sanders is the only choice on my list at this point.
Last time around if I recall Jill Stein took Russian money. Only vote for a 3rd party candidate if you truly don't care, voting for the lesser evil: Republican or Democrat is better.
I didn't expect Warren to commit campaign suicide tonight, but it happened.

Bernie, after the debate, went to shake Warren's hand. She didn't shake it. They exchanged words and Bernie walked away visibly annoyed.

Tom Steyer was so creepy with the way he unnaturally stared at the camera that I failed to process what he was saying.
teitake steyer was actually my second favorite. He’s my number 2 now.
Steyer was actually surprisingly good this debate. He’s probably my #3 now after Yang.

A couple of my friends who supported Warren but were bothered by these recents sexism claims against Bernie messaged me last night to say after that debate they switched to Bernie. They were disgusted by the fact that Warren didn't take the opportunity to correct the record. They saw it as proof that she is more interested in the politics than her own integrity. It's unfortunate that she's going down this path. I think it's likely to hurt her as a candidate and as a Senator. But it's her choice - and she made that clear last night. This is NOT a bad decision by campaign staff. This is an attack strategy Senator Warren endorses and is actively engaged in. To quote the President: SAD.

Can you imagine if Steyer and Bloomberg both dropped out of the race and then just pooled their billions together in support of whomever the eventual nominee is? Or they could even use their money and notoriety on a local level to support poorly funded public schools in low income neighborhoods. Or to provide natural disaster relief services. Many people in Flint still don’t have clean water. Being a billionaire in of itself isn’t bad; it’s what you do with the money and what you don’t do with the money that brings up debating.
Just remember, Warren says “By Golly” and Bernie does not.

Debates are a bullshit circus.
If you're deciding who to support through debates instead of examining their positions and track records, you're a sucker.
Debates are advertising, they're how a significant portion of the country discovers what people's positions are in the first place. The fact that so many of them just say what they think people want to hear in an effort to get elected is why politicians have their reputation for dishonesty. We should probably be glad to live in an era where it's comparatively easy to cross reference their talking points with their voting histories.
Bernie won. Bernie always win because he's honest, fights for the forgotten, the working class and is uncorrupted..plus he has the track record to prove it :) Bernie 2020

If it were Steyer vs Bloomberg, I would easily pick Steyer. However I'm sticking with Bernie.

Why is Klobuchar even still in the race? She has zero presence and minimal relatability/likability aside of her own state. I honestly forgot about her campaign until I watched tonight’s debate.

The biggest question I had after the debate was whether Pete or Amy can answer a question without meandering into long, drawn out anecdotes about family members or people they've met on the campaign trail.

The moderators were truly horrendous... They asked one good question with decent framing of Buttigieg on why tuition free public college is different than other public goods, but after his answer amounted to “Well there’s a line there and because of that line there I accept that line and I don’t want to cross that line because I embrace arbitrary lines...”
I would ask Joe Biden how was it like to work with Strom Thurmand to get neoliberal legislation passed that even Ronald Reagan did not like.
Bernie got the same kind of bs questions in Florida in ‘16 remember? I hope voters today don’t agree with this like others did with the Castro comparisons back then.
There is no second or third choice for me as the next politician like Sanders has a few years before they are eligible

Yang won the debate and he wasn't even there.
Warren doubled down because she's poising herself to be a Progressive who appeals to the entire party (as she implied). The reason why is because I believe she's poising herself to be Biden's VP pick if he wins the Primary. If you look at how she's acting through that framing, it makes perfect sense.

The reason I don't trust Steyer's motives is that they don't line up with the progressive movement. He's had every chance to use the money he's spent to improve the chances of one of the two _popular_ progressives in the race, yet he spends money on his own campaign. So it's not about progressivism in any real sense, it's about him.
