  • It's a thick cookie filled with nuts and chocolate chips.
    If you take a bite, your mouth will be filled with a savory and sweet taste!
    It was made by applying the Levain Bakery recipe that New Yorkers love.
    It's less sweet than the original, but it's a much better texture and taste with the harmony of chocolate chips and nuts.
    Make sure to try it!
    ♣ Material Information
    Nuts 260g (walnuts + cashews + pecans)
    200g dark chocolate
    200g room temperature unsalted butter
    160g sugar
    2 eggs (small size)
    1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)
    200g pastry flour
    100g bread flour
    1 ts baking powder
    1 ts corn starch
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ (356℉) for about 15 minutes.
    Add the nuts you want at home, and add only 2 pinches of salt when roasting.
    I only added 160g of sugar because there are a lot of chocolate chips in it, and it fills up the sweetness while chewing.
    My family and friends give thumbs up saying that it's really delicious because it's just moderately sweet, but if you want the sugar content to be about the level of a cookie you normally buy, please put 190g to 200g.
    You can use the flour mix as 200g all-purpose flour + 100g pastry flour.

      에어프라이어는 열풍이 직접적으로 반죽에 닿아서, 쿠키가 좀 딱딱해질 수 있을듯해요. 식감이 좀 다를 수 있음을 고려하시고,, 온도는 170정도에서 10분 내외로 구우면서 중간중간 타지않게 체크해보시면 좋을듯합니다~
