UPSC should appoint people with poor family background more and more because they know the condition of middle class and lower class .and also some criteria should be there like you have to serve as class 3 officer for 2 years in any state public service then you will be eligible to give UPSC . Most of the IAS and IPS are came from rich family background so they can't effectively connect with the daily suffering and struggle of a common man . They don't even know that wt is the life of lowers class or lower middle class . Then how will they make policies for that area of society and how will they serve that common people...?
