Its a great initiative🤩🤩 but using biodegradable plates like bamboo platess is a better option i feel because using steel crockery leads to wastage of alott of water used to wash them.
But bamboo plates are too costly you can check
& apart from cost later on if all start using them there will be shortage of trees too.

There's a problem with this Noble idea i.e. in our Conservative Indian society people belonging from so called upper caste don't eat in the same plates in which a member of lower caste has ever eaten and also the same is kept apart from other utensils. Once this caste barrier is eradicated we're all set ma'am. Hats off!

Just few clarifications:
1. Jo khayenge wo to saaf nahi karenge. To bhandara karne walo k liye safai ka kaam badh jayega. Aur logo se saaf karao to theek se nahi karenge..bas babaal talenge..
2. Sadak ke bhandare me log steel utencils leke chale jayenge.

Maam, Why dont you start a collection of all the used Styrofoam cutlery and have people collect it and wash it. Then schred it up and mix it with cement and build homes for people. This is being done all over the world already. And itnwill be a way to use up the old Styrofoam up and make nice homes for people. God bless you and your wonderful ideas. Because it is always a good option to turn off the tap instead of mopping the floor. Those styrofoam cutlery also requires a huge amount of resources to be made. Remember before recycling, we should always think about reducing and reusing which her cutlery bank is doing.
