Yes it is a beautiful world filled with beautiful souls and it seems to get more beautiful everyday thank you ever so much for your kind wish and I am looking for several Miracles today . A new friend of mine his wife is very ill and was supposed to have a kidney transplant but they took her off the list from what I heard it sounded as if she was dying . When I was looking at ayurvedic treatments for severe kidney disease I actually found something on of all things the NIH website ... the National Institute of Health is still considered the major Authority for medical and medicinal information in the United States . I was so shocked to see their Ayurvedic therapy recommendations for people with severe kidney issues that I still am pleasantly shocked . Last night I got a message to one of his employees to look for the link and to show it to his wife's doctors . ... I also told him to suggest that if the doctors don't take the NIH recommendations seriously then to get her the heck out of that hospital and try to find some Ayurvedic doctors or better yet an ayurvedic Institution ... I do know there's one or two and I think one of them is maybe in Arizona . The other Miracle I'm looking for is I met a homeless woman and her little boy on Sunday ... I was only able to give her a little bit of money and that's when she told me she has a husband and two other kids ... they don't even have a phone or a car and the weather here in Dallas was really brutally hot and humid . I promised her I would do my best to help her and gave her my phone number and begged her to please call me . I went and bought them a few groceries things they could eat without having to worry about Refrigeration if they could eat them relatively shortly . but when I went back to the site where I had found them she was not there . .... I'm hoping I can find a minister to help them because they are not from this country . ... oddly enough when I was at a gas station I was explaining this to some people I run into every now and then who are really cool I would say maybe they are in their mid-30s . .... I had run into these people and number of times in the past few years at local venues and they really shocked me when they told me that they are homeless , too . Well there's is a little bit different I think there's away they will have a home a place to live soon . Their story is a little more typical the guy is an ex jailbird ex convicted felon and for what .... ? A little bit of weed marijuana and then you get your reputation destroyed ; you can't get hired places , you can't get into Apartments to live ....and they have 3 children ! So they told me money isn't the problem ... they both work and HAVE MONEY to rent a place ... they can't get into a decent apartment place to live because HE HAS A RECORD . Anyway I told her friend about this and he found a website for in our area that helps convicted felons get a decent place to live so they haven't gotten back with me but I hope it's cuz they're so busy moving into their new apartment .

I Love Rumi ... my sister turned me on to him decades ago when I was maybe 13 years old ... also The Rubaiyat of Omar khayyam . She gave me a tiny beautiful little book that could fit into your pocket and it was hard bound it had beautiful photos and lovely Islamic and Persian poetry written in gold ... that is long gone but I would love to find one identical to it again because I always kept it online nightstand , and often it was the last thing I saw before I dozed off to dream land .

I've been listening to this piece for a while now and last night for the very first time I felt my whole body cleansing and being filled by this bright light, I found myself through a rollercoaster of emotions, I cried in between but it felt like a most needed to cleanse. I let go of my fears and stripped my ego away from the past and now I woke up with a clear mind and I am most thankful to ever found this sound.

Hi. If you ever go for a walk through the forest, across the meadow, stop for a while, listen to the birds singing and breathe in the blooming beauty. Wild strawberries also grow during this period. Notice how the individual seeds are arranged on it. They remind me of people holding hands, because we are all equal and together we form one whole. The strawberry itself represents the Earth, that is, one Big Heart. And tiny green leaves on top of strawberries, this is a collective consciousness.

She gave me a tiny beautiful little book that could fit into your pocket and it was hard bound it had beautiful photos and lovely Islamic and Persian poetry written in gold ... that is long gone but I would love to find one identical to it again because I always kept it online nightstand , and often it was the last thing I saw before I dozed off to dream land .

I've been listening to this piece for a while now and last night for the very first time I felt my whole body cleansing and being filled by this bright light, I found myself through a rollercoaster of emotions, I cried in between but it felt like a most needed to cleanse. I let go of my fears and stripped my ego away from the past and now I woke up with a clear mind and I am most thankful to ever found this sound.

Working with the crown chakra is the supreme discipline! As long as the other six chakras are not balanced, the crown chakra can hardly be opened. Therefore, the central point is to balance the six chakras below. The root chakra in particular, as an energetic connection to the earth, is important for a functioning balance. Another important aspect in the healing and activation of your crown chakra is dealing with your own spirituality and looking at the highest goal in life. A good start for you is the holistic energy work with which you address all 7 main chakras. Develop a daily routine that includes periods of silence, regular meditation, and prayer.
⚜️ You can open your crown chakra with these tips:
~ Open, activate and clean your crown chakra with a relaxing meditation and at the same time strengthen your immune system and your spirituality.
~ Close your eyes for a moment, breathe in peace and quiet, and imagine a bright purple light that shines over your head. It can be almost white and even contain some golden particles. This light represents your crown chakra.
~ Experience inner silence and satisfaction by doing something very consciously, for example gardening or just going for a walk.
~ A very wonderful method is to deal with spiritual topics. Read biographies of people who have mastered their lives in a very special way.

Btwn 3am and 5am corresponds to the lungs in the chinese medicine body clock. Physically there could be something going on with your lungs, but it could also be emotionally related as the lungs are associated with grief.
