These are called Pencill Buffs which are used in Pencil Mandrell , Red and Brown colors are used for shaping via cutting metal surface and blue and Green are used for Polishing and burnishing metal surface befor going to ahve final polishing on buffing machine. You may buy them on Amazone or flipcart too.

@@sticustom that is called a Piston, which is a part of ingene, here we use it as flat punch. Thanks for your attention.
@@adamjewellery a piston is the big round thing that slides up and down inside the engine block. What you used was a valve from the “heads”. That valve allows either the petrol/air mix to enter the cylinder for detonation or it’s and exhaust valve which opens and lets the exhaust exit the cylinder heads.

@@sticustom ok dear, actually the tool i used is not particulary jewellery making tool, it is a part of Ingene , and i dont have exactly name of it. it may be called the Valve.
