They have motifs and riffs that show up in multiple songs and the last song blends perfectly back into the first. If you’re unfamiliar with them but you like Pink Floyd, give ‘em a listen! They’re all over the place, having done thrash metal, psych rock, garage rock, acoustic jazz (kinda), prog, microtonal music, and a whole lot more. Each album is a totally different experience. But since we’re talking about looping albums, check out Nonagon Infinity. It’s heavily inspired by early metal groups like Black Sabbath. It’s not too heavy, the vocals are very melodic, and it has a nice psychedelic vibe to it.

If we treat the Eb in the beginning of the album as the tonic resolution, the album creates a ii-V-I (i) progression, one of the most common chord progressions. This could indicate that the IGOR cycle repeating itself was inevitable even towards the beginning

Here's a little interesting thing about IGOR , alot of the song on the album don't tend to come to an end, they don't fade out or transition into the next song. They end abruptly. I've always had a theory that Tyler did this intentionally to show that the love he has for this person in the album can never really come to a conclusion and all the abrupt endings are Tyler's emotions going all over the place

Awesome! Theres also an intentional loop in Pink Floyds The Wall. The Ending and Beginning flow seamlessly into each other. And if you listen to it closely and loud enough you hear a voice say: "Isn't this where -- we came in?" With the sentence split in half by the transition.
My favorite example of this is Donuts by J Dilla, one of the best instrumental hip hop albums ever. he produced it while on his death bed so the idea of the album looping forever is really beautiful to me, it's like he poured his soul into the beats and lived forever through them.

I a have theory that Thundercats album “Drunk” is on a loop as well. The opening song called Rabbot ho starts off with getting into a night of mischief by getting drunk and then hoping he doesn’t get pulled over for a DUI. The last song on the album is titled DUI and it sounds exactly the same as the intro. On the final track he states “ there’s always tomorrow” and then the final line is “where this ends we’ll never know” meaning he’s bound to repeat the same mistakes again, thus repeating the cycle. Interestingly enough Stephen Bruner and Mac Miller were like best friends and he even dedicated a song to him. Mac Miller also had his album Circles on a loop as some people have stated. He’s good friends with Kendrick Lamar and he also had his album DAMN on a loop.
That's so cool, how at the initial first listen of the album it ends off as if it's a good ending with Igor coming to terms with his love life too. But in the end it's revealed to be much worse where it has been and will continue to be a cycle of toxicity and not just a failed love story

I have this friend who I just love everything about, he one of the cutest, and nerdiest guys I know and I've never really met another guy like him. I’m aware that there are a lot of artists that take you on journeys with their albums like MUSE, Melanie Martinez, bts, quiñ, Florence + the machine, etc but a lot of artists put unnecessary tracks in albums bc helloooo streaming is a thing so most people nowadays don’t buy physical albums nor do they listen to them completely in order in one go

Here's a little interesting thing about IGOR , alot of the song on the album don't tend to come to an end, they don't fade out or transition into the next song. They end abruptly.
I've always had a theory that Tyler did this intentionally to show that the love he has for this person in the album can never really come to a conclusion and all the abrupt endings are Tyler's emotions going all over the place

Awesome! Theres also an intentional loop in Pink Floyds The Wall. The Ending and Beginning flow seamlessly into each other.
And if you listen to it closely and loud enough you hear a voice say: "Isn't this where -- we came in?" With the sentence split in half by the transition.

My favorite example of this is Donuts by J Dilla, one of the best instrumental hip hop albums ever. he produced it while on his death bed so the idea of the album looping forever is really beautiful to me, it's like he poured his soul into the beats and lived forever through them.

I a have theory that Thundercats album “Drunk” is on a loop as well. The opening song called Rabbot ho starts off with getting into a night of mischief by getting drunk and then hoping he doesn’t get pulled over for a DUI. The last song on the album is titled DUI and it sounds exactly the same as the intro. On the final track he states “ there’s always tomorrow” and then the final line is “where this ends we’ll never know” meaning he’s bound to repeat the same mistakes again, thus repeating the cycle. Interestingly enough Stephen Bruner and Mac Miller were like best friends and he even dedicated a song to him. Mac Miller also had his album Circles on a loop as some people have stated. He’s good friends with Kendrick Lamar and he also had his album DAMN on a loop.
Puts a case together for this being a loop and then doesn't play the two notes one after another.

I have this friend who I just love everything about, he one of the cutest, and nerdiest guys I know and I've never really met another guy like him. I love listening to him talk about stuff hes into like shows and games and stuff and I cry listening to him sometimes because I just want to hold him more then anything and make him my world, but he could never want anything to do with me that way and it kills me being friends with him because I still get to listen to him and he still makes me happier then I've ever been in my entire life, but I still feel this ache in my chest like I just need him more then anything, and I feel that nobody cares about me which I'm kind of fine with, but the fact that he doesn't care just emotionally wrecks me and makes me feel worthless because I don't care whether or not I matter to anyone else I just want to matter to him. I keep listening to igor and it just reminds me of him and how much I love him and it makes me feel better honestly.
