Genius technique. Thank you for always providing challenging techniques that are functional and productive. You are wonderful. Oh, congratulations to moving into your new home. I will be using this dutch door technique in my journal for January 2022, because I've finished my setups for Sep - Dec 2021.
I'll be travelling for the month of September so while I don't have any bujo setups for the month, I'm still going to be journaling my hand off my arm through this month. Well done with these spreads Jess. Hope you're well.
Wow, this is such a cool setup! I need to watch it again to really get a handle on all the sections, but I want to give it a try in my own journal. Love it!
I decided to always do my weeklies on Dutch doors inside my monthly and this new idea of the Dutch doors was awesome right on time. You are very talented!
This is gorgeous. I've been playing around with the rolling task list so I wouldn't have to constantly rewrite things. This seems to do the same thing without all the flipping around. I will definitely have to try this.
a technique you can try as you are requesting suggestions, using a cutout as a look through to the next page and washi tape as a frame, I remember seeing a setup from JunniSun Studio, just don't remember which one, though it stood out as I had not see that technique, I used it in my August monthly setup.
At first I reaaally didn't understand, but WOW! so unique, love it. Now I'm really tempted to try, but horizontal dutch doors intimidate me lool. Maybe later on in my journal. I hope it works for you!
Oh My 😍 I love this 🤩 I think I may try it in my next one. September is my mum’s birthday and I’m looking forward to her requested dinner of Fish and Chips by the dam (we live on a farm). I’d love to see you trial a layout in a big bullet journal (like the lined A&O book you got a while back) I can’t wait to get back into an A&O book but I still have 2 or 3 months worth of pages in my Dingbats book
I would love to try this at some point! I've not tried many complicated spreads but I definitely want to give it a go, it looks like a very useful setup
I really like this. If I did some of my habits where you do meals, it would totally work for me. My only struggle is I visualize a week fro Sunday to Saturday. My weekends are just as busy as my weekdays. Another thing I'm currently working with is the journal I'm working with has squares that are 7mm apart, not 5mm. All challenges to overcome.
These are so good to watch, while I debate what to do for 2022... Might try my hand with just monthly and daily pages because weeklies are just not doing it for me. But I'm not sure what to use for it, because I love collaging printed out photos. I have to notebooks with 160gsm paper, but I'm more at home with the 85gsm papers, so planning dutch doors like this make me nervous. Also because chunky journals/planners are only fun for me to watch on videos.
Fair enough! When you do several pages of layering with the 160gsm paper pieces in particular, you can feel sine ridging on future pages. But I know in a couple of pages time it won't be an issue 😋 I agree, I love looking at those really full, chunky journals, but my threshold for chunkiness in my own planner is pretty low, haha 😅
I just bought white pens for extra jump of the picture but not sure where to put them. Can you do a vlog on the many ways and times to use white pens please ?
I love the "ooh jash from the past" part😂😂😂
Haha glad you enjoyed it! 😂💜
Oh wow these are the coolest dutch doors I have ever seen! You are so creative!
Thanks Simone! 💜😄
LOVE these Dutch doors. Definitely doing this!!!
Yay! I'm glad you like them 😄💜
Thanks for the inspiration.
Most welcome! 💜😄 Glad you found it helpful!

Thanks Vera! You're a gem 😄
oh wow this is a really cool set up, I think I'll have to try it out in November once we've got an even number of days for it again!
Oh I really like this design! Can’t wait to see how it works out at the end of the month.
Can you do weekly bullet journal plan with me's again? (If it's not too much trouble?) I love your videos miss Jess! Stay happy and healthy! 🤗

This was amazing, you used my favourite colours, and the new Dutch doors were super cute!
Gotta love Dutch Doors! Great idea for my next set up 😍
I like this a lot! It's a great idea to have things you do every week once and the check list on dutch door! 💜 Awesome 🤩 I need to try this!
Love this setup! I'm debating on changing my plan for mine this month now lol
Do itttt, haha 😋💜 Or maybe you could use it next month? 😝
Wow, this is such a cool setup! I need to watch it again to really get a handle on all the sections, but I want to give it a try in my own journal. Love it!
Oh cool! Glad you liked it enough to consider using it for yourself 😄💜
I Love this video!! Its giving me great ideas for next month :)

Nice, thanks Vera! I'll add it to my list! 😄

I can totally see how horizontal Dutch doors are intimidating; they still kinda are for me 😝
love your September theme and these weeklies. I really enjoy your inputs to bullet journaling
Oh cool! I'm glad it's been working for you 💜😄 I do like having the combo of the calendar and the vertical style for the monthly log 💪
October is going to be something like this. I love it!
Aww yay! 😄 Glad you like it enough to make your own version!

You should totally try it! I think thing style has a lot of useful applications 😄💜

Thanks Shanya! 💜😄
I haven’t done ditch doors in a few months abc I miss it 🤣
This was such a neat idea!!! Maybe another idea for a video would be an X amount of doodles for fall/Halloween/holidays etc
Awesome layout 👌 😍
Thanks! 💜😄
