Craft the World allows you to explore a random generated world populated by dangerous creatures, build a dwarf fortress, gather resources, and craft all the items, weapons, and armor you need.

Craft The World Gameplay Features:
► GOD GAME-SIMULATION
You control a tribe of dwarves by giving them commands to dig in certain places, attack enemy creatures, and build houses and other structures. You'll need to provide your dwarves food and clothing, as well as help them with magic when fighting against other inhabitants of the world. You start the game with one dwarf and gain additional dwarves as you Craft the World.
► SANDBOX GAME
Each Craft the World map has many layers of earth to explore, from the sky down to boiling subterranean lava. The level is randomly generated as an island, restricted by natural boundaries: oceans on the edges, lava beneath it, and the sky above. Other features include day and night and changing weather conditions. The world differs in size, humidity, temperature, terrain, and flora and fauna. Abandoned halls and rooms with treasure are hidden somewhere deep within the islands.
► CRAFTING
One feature of the game is a user-friendly system of recipes for crafting. The recipes are organized and easily accessible. You can craft dozens of different items: building blocks for houses, furniture, decorations, weapons, armor, ammunition, and food for your dwarves.
► REAL TIME STRATEGY
At the outset you find the recipes for basic tools and items, and build a small house with places to sleep and eat. Then, the size of the tribe increases and catches the attention of other inhabitants of the world. Most of them are night creatures and dwell underground. The worlds are full of fantasy creatures like zombies, skeletons, goblins, beholders, ghosts, giant spiders, and others. Some of them pay little attention to the dwarves, as long as the dwarves do not come into their field of vision. Others gather into quite large groups and try to break into the dwarves’ residence.
► TOWER DEFENSE
Take a break from your craft and defend against the dangers. Waves of monsters that appear from time to time from portals. So, do not neglect to build a safe haven with strong walls and numerous trapdoors, cells, firing towers, and secret passageways.
► MAGIC
As a divine being, you possess various spells. You can speed up the movement of the dwarves, open small portals, illuminate dark caves to scare away monsters, evoke natural magic in the form of rain or tree growth, hurl fireballs at the monsters’ heads, and find useful resources and hidden rooms underground, thereby helping to speed up resource extraction, exploration of the world, and the population growth of your assistants.

Man, I wish you could bring this game back, one of the first playthroughs on UA-cam I watched. Happy to FINALLY find it again and re-live the nostalgia.
Man.. the nostalgia really is real here. I watched Blitzkriegsler before I even had a UA-cam account, your lets plays always meant the world to me. I don’t think you’ll see this comment, but even though I outgrew the content that you’ve come to create these past few years, I’m glad that your videos were so integral to my childhood, you are one of the few people I mentioned in a letter I wrote to myself in the 6th grade, to read after I graduated. I’ve graduated! Thank you Blitzkriegsler, you were one of my childhood heroes!

damn.... 9 years ago, turning 18 in under a month and this was the first video i have seen from you, i remember laying on my bed watching your videos when i was 9-10 years old and it only feels as if i was watching you videos just a few years ago. you've grown a lot since then i believe you were around 400k subs at the time I'm not quite sure my memory is a little foggy and not that good, but I'm glad you've came all this way, AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!.

The most noticeable change was his voice as it from the calmer Blitz here,
He is more energetic and lively, not that its a bad change but, I actually liked his voice here cus its so soothing.
Well times a changing though and I hope him the best.

I have been trying to remember this game for the longest time ever and I am finally going to play the game because of you blitz, love your vids and have been watching since I was a kid
the fastest way to dig/gather materials is to manually control one dwarf and have him do the chopping/digging. that way all the other dwarves will focus on collecting the stuff you dig/chop.
the same efficiency should be applied to placing objects. just place them yourself manually as you control one dwarf, instead of issuing orders to the dwarves to place things (they would have to go to the stockpile to get the item needed placing, you do not.). this is ideal for placing torches and crafting stations and overall base building.
And they have really been improving the pathing, so makes planning ahead even easier.
I watched this video 4 yrs ago I think and to this day this game is 1 of my favorites from watching Ur videos!

Good video, BK. I stumbled on this game a couple days ago, but didn't actually install until saturday. Started playing after dinner, next thing I knew it was 2:30am. The game really sucks you in. If you like resource management with RPG elements and strategy, it's great. I wasted a lot of time trying to just gather and build up the tech tree, before I realized I needed to make a shelter and deploy totems (i thought i had to craft the totems, and didn't know i had one to start with). Looking forward to watching more videos from you!
I am a big fan of terraria gameplays, so this is really interesting to watch :)

Yes, you are correct. The Skull with the bar is a countdown until the next enemy wave, kind of like a tower defense game.

Every dwarf needs his own bed, because he puts his pack next to it, claiming it. I thought beds could be shared too, but they cannot. This takes up lots of space, making you reserve several rooms just for beds, as beds need two tiles - one for the bed and one next to it empty :\
Once you've drug things into the crafting table once time to make it, you can just click the button at the bottom to auto-fill it, saving time.
+Xen Xander If you pick the bed up and put it back down, you can assign another dwarf to it. So, essentially, you can use one bed for all of your dwarves, since they don't all have to rest at the same time ^_^ Pain in the butt to do? Yes! Space-saver? Yes :D

You can play CRAFT the WORLD a limited Terraria-esque dwarf fortress clone.
Or you can just take it a step further and learn how to play dwarf fortress because you can do so much with it.

Level Up system? Is this a kinda pay to level or continue faster kinda thing?
There are no microtransactions or pay to win system. The leveling is done by completing things in game.
And as you gain levels, you get MOAR DWARVES!
theirs many mobs and things that can be very dangerous. So be carefull! My guys kept dieting cause of those goblins.yeesh those were annoying
