Hey that key actually goes in under the pellet hopper not in it to shut it down. I literally just got mine 2hours ago. I would have bought from you guys had I known you carry them. I just bought a full Hestan kitchen from you guys. Your awesome! Shout out to Zain he took great care of me!
I have the largest unit, The Revere. The hopper holds a lil more than half of a 40lb bag of pellets or about 25 lbs. It will burn for about 2 hours on high with soft wood pellets and 2.5 hours with hardwood pellets. It definitely burns hotter and faster with the soft wood pellets. So a 40lb bag of pellets will last from 4-5 hours on average. Hope that helps. Overall way better option than those tall propane heaters. Burns hotter and longer for 1/3 of the price of propane.
I have had one for several years. Don't waste your money on this. All the heat goes straight up and burns through a hopper in an hour or so in order to benefit from any heat.

How resilient are these in the rain? Some pellet smokers do not protect the pallets in the rain, and the pallets swell.
as soon is posted this i see rain in your video. lol
@@jjgonza100 It was a quick rain but they still work!
Nawh, wood log burning tower would be better vs. carrying bags of pellets. 👎
We got one of those videos coming up!
