Here's what I've been doing since I'm not at MS level and because I had become lazy and overfat. With the 32kg I have been doing a flow with the snatch, long cycle jerk, and squat. I change sides as often as I need. Thanks for the inspiration and commiseration
@@d3grap yeah, but stupidity should be painful and it was stupid of me to engage in gluttony and sloth. There's a reason why they're deadly sins. I'm paying for it but having a good time as well. I encourage everyone to get a heavier kettlebell. For years I trained with 24kg thinking I would move up once I had owned that weight. That never happened and it still hasn't happened. The 24kg will always be a challenge. The 32kg is just more of a challenge. So don't get stuck like I was by thoughts of linear progression
true! I’m now following the plan Gregory and Denis talked about in the podcast in December. Starting with 16kg, but increasing the weight periodically and building up the time. To echo what you said about owning: When i did triathlon and road cycling, I never owned the course, the hills were always painful, but my times improved. I don’t believe in owning, but completing.
Hi Lebe, I have tried that one today, and indeed the continuous exercise make it very difficult, even with 16kg kb which are the lightest I have. I made it a kind of interval training of 1 min on each side to be able to reach 100-120 reps. What would you recommand to step up to get longer intervals (or more reps?) as my level seems to be 1min or 20 reps at 16 kg?
