      My advice to everyone is that saving is great but investment is the key to be successful imagine investing $15,000 and received $472,700.

      Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,0 ftdebt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!

    This makes sense. It took me a few years to really understand what it meant when yoga teachers were telling me to allow my thoughts and feelings to happen and observe them--without "digging a hole" with them.

    Something thats helpful I’ve found for anxiety is gardening. I have my own indoor gardening setup. I grow cannabis and then smoke it. Two anxiety birds for one stressed stoner.

      I definitely agree..gardening or just growing plants is good for mind and body! I suffer for seasonal depression..so I built myself a greenhouse..lol..best medicine in the world.

      @@timgarner1957 it really is. Maybe its the extra oxygen my babies put in the air. Maybe its the sense of accomplishment when your green thumb kicks in. Whatever it is, its a definite positive.

    Oprah’s life coach is more condemnation than recommendation.
    Sorry, not interested in what she has to say. Judging by the comments, it’s a bunch of nonsense.

    Not trying to be pessimistic and bring any negativity on here but kneeling down like I'm talking to a puppy dog when I have all of the breath ripped out of my lungs and can't inhale when I want to, am hit with the worst pain I've ever felt in my life in my heart, lungs, brain, or stomach, and am being flooded with visions of my funeral and people disappointed in me at said funeral has never worked for me in regards to my anxiety and panic attacks. Maybe she's addressing general anxiety disorder and that CBT like she describes here is probably very useful and I hope people get help from her advice! Panic disorder stemmed from anxiety is a whole different game and maybe it wasn't even worth mentioning but felt like anyone like me who clicked here for help out of that hellhole should know you're not alone and to keep trying.

      I was in that hell hole for 40 yrs. Through help with a great therapist and a change in the food I eat, certain food can increase anxiety, I no longer have anxiety. I know how to recognize and process it in the moment and not let it affect my body. My anxiety was so bad, I couldn’t eat, weighed 85 lbs and was bed ridden. Hardly left my house for 10 yrs. Doctors just wanted to give me anti anxiety meds which caused me to have almost non stop panic attacks. Every body responds differently to trauma but it will be stored in the body and get ya later. It took 9 yrs of therapy and daily practice before I saw lasting results. Now I’m 110 lbs and working again. So it can be done.

      Great speak out from you, hope people like you find that energy to just speak out lout, whats going on within you. As seen in the anwers to your comment it is a komplexity behind it, to have to settle the panic on different angles. Hope you find your spot on which your creativity flows as truely, as it must have frintig out your point. Love it

    This podcast has devolved into only trying for hits. Why has it gone so wrong with strange and nonsensical guests?

      I wonder why there is a part of you who is so resistant to someone who is offering a different perspective than what you’ve been offered?

    • @leepatton3538
      @leepatton3538 13 днів тому

      When the perspective has no validity, it causes harm.
