@Prasansha Shahi - Remember Nominal GDP takes into account Inflation also , it calculates value at Current Prices which includes effect of Inflation as well & Real GDP ignores / excludes effect of Inflation , & that is why inorder to get a true picture / correct value of GDP ,we take Real GDP . 👍👍 HOPE IT IS CLEAR NOW .

Mam real GDP Isliye lete h Kyunki nominal GDP inflation factor ko consider nhi krta h. For e.g 2015 me total gross output produce hue 100000 unit and price level is 10 then GDP Ho jayega= 1000000 and 2019 me total gross output produce hue 80000 units and prices ho gye 15 then GDP Ho jayega 1200000 aide dekhe to GDP me increase hai but nominal ne price factor consider nhi kiya but hume actually base year ie 2015 ke price ko base laker GDP dekhe to pata lagega ki national output decrease hua h. That's why Real GDP is taken.
@Atul Sharma - Your explanation and example is correct 👌👌 📣 But remember Nominal GDP takes into account Inflation also , it calculates value at Current Prices which includes effect of Inflation as well & Real GDP ignores / excludes effect of Inflation , & that is why inorder to get a true picture / correct value of GDP ,we take Real GDP . 👍👍
on Y-axis we take REAL GDP because it shows the real/fair growth of an economy. it rises only when output rise as the here price is constant. while in NOMINAL GDP, it rises with the price increase also. Am I right.

Sorry ma'am typing error ho gaya.... Thank you ma'am ❤
Mam real gdp is not affected by any price level changes were as nominal GDP is affected when price level changes . Mam please tell whether my ans is true or false
Nominal gdp is not taken because increase in nominal gdp does not always means rise in production rise in nominal gdp could be because of inflation.
