Amazing work! The modeling of the 90’s or earlier times, does not compare to the modeling of today. If you look at old model boxing from 90’s and earlier times, the models looked like they were done by a 4 year old. It didn’t have detail or anything. Modeling has come a long way. I thought modeling was going out of style since the introduction of the video games, but since UA-cam.. I was totally wrong. It is still a very popular Hobby. Thank you for your video. Keep up the good work.
Currently on my bench I have a Hasigawa F16 and a Tamiya F16 both 1/48 and that’s about where the similarities end. The Hasigawa I’m making as a diorama from AMARG wings off and on wooden trestles/stands etc and the Tamiya will be a drone block 30. You can sure see the difference between the brands especially on the bird cutters “lump” but this is shaping up to be a really nice model which always is more rewarding with a average kit like the Hasigawa.
Dusan - You are good! You are sooo good, you make even ME think I could do this! Thank you for this great example. Now if I could just do it in 19 minutes…! TR
I know this video is two years old, but "Big Mouth" inlets are only on GE Engines, and if this is a Block 52 (which is a PW engine) then it should be the small mouth.
FINALLY !! AT LAST ! He start to build again , fantastic :-) You are my inspiration . Keep up the good work . what's next project ?? greetings from Norway !
Interesting that Hasegawa moulded the CFTs (Conformal Fuel Tanks) in plastic. This first release of the F-16D Block 52 Limited Edition came with resin cast CFTs and markings for the Hellenic Air Force.
Yes, becouse of the series like F-16I Sufa and Desert Falcon E/F Block60 and like this one, the advanced D, thay made a extra sprue. You are right I had that kit with extra resin parts. 2 part cft and HAF markings. All the best! Dusan.
Very nice build, remember to check your refrences , the light gray for the tail, and cocpit area is not -375 it's 26270. for the radome and all antennablisters you can use -270 with a drop of FS 36118. also make sure your cocpit layout is correct. most of the block 50's was redone in the late 90's to facilitate NVG's , that means all the cocpit panels are flat black. I do beleve all the Block 50/52's have that as a standard from the factory. Again check your refrances for the particular jet. The F-16 will never or atleast very seldom fly with AIM-120's on station 2/8 as it does mess up the stabillity of the wing some. They will however always fly them on station 1/9 (Wingtips) , with the occational sidewinder/IRIS-T or AMA-pod on station 2 or 8.
Hi. Awesome work. But I am curious because it appears @14:45 there was a lot of shading and contrast work to the fuselage. Then @17:10 it appears to be all sprayed out with the clear coat! Where's all that detail and hard work gone ? Is the film not conveying the detail with the overcoat spray?
Kardeşim bu ürünü nereden aldın veya nereden hangi siteden sipariş verdin nereden aldıgını yazarsan bende almak istiyorum birde kaç para ? Cevap yazarsan sevinirim . Güzel olmuş iyi iş ;)
I've always wondered, what are the reasons why a person would choose a hasegawa over a tamiya kit or an academy kit or vice versa? Does each brand have their own pros and cons? Thanks to anyone who replies!
Hey man! Excellent build! I was wondering, I tried using the Tamiya polishing compound however I was left with like a reoccurring cloudy residue, any ideas?
Dusan, I admire your airbrush skills..... I see your using a SPARMAX airbrush.... but what air pressure do you spray at? ("psi") ... Do you change your "psi" between enamel paints and acrylic paints? and finally what mixture ratio do you use with enamel/acrylic paint (paint to thinner)? as always... It's great to see your work......
Thank You for kind words! I am using Sparmax SP-35 and Sparmax Sp-20X. Color ratio is complicated subject because it depends on weather at Your location. I am using the color mix (50-50) enamel paint and thinner. Approx 60t-40c mix for acrylic paind but you will need more coats to cover the surface... pressure approx 1,3-1,5 Bar. But please, this can slightly vary depending on your airbrush (Nozzle-nedle...) All the best! Dusan.
beautiful build as usual! I'm just curious as to how you kept a crisp sharp line between the black spine, and the grey sides that lead to the wings, as you were painting the grey, without the use of masking tape. can you tell me how you did that?
Hi, please look @ F-4F Revell video build. For more hard edge result I am using bluetack (In this cas pata fix UHU) to mask. Thank You! All the best! Dusan.
I ask because when you were spraying the wings, and the area close to the rib on the F-16, you were spraying the base color on, and there was no masking tape or blue tak, yet the line was crisp with no over spray. You can see what I mean at 14:22. I was wondering how?
Hi dude! I've got the Hasegawa 1/48 F-16F and with some exceptions these 2 kits are almost identical. On the fuel tanks I've found out that the panel lines are not recessed (so they are positive, not negative). How did you deal with that?
There is one older re-box with positive panel lines, also there is a box with resin CFT. This box comes with the new spine and CFT, like Sufa box the rest of the kit is a plane F-16D. All the best! Dusan.
Hey Dusan, sorry for the stupid question, but fast when you applied the black primer, managed create pre and pos shading , right? And I'm new in plastic modeling and so I'm asking...
Andre, there is no stupid question in modelling. Yes, I am using black primer to check panel lines and to make more deeper effect, including the preshading effect. Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
43rocket what do you mean? Its a primer? Or its a black base its a common technique, you paint black underneath, and the. Do marble on top so that in the areas where there isn’t paint, its black. Other wise there would be no fake shadows
I noticed that you leave the cap from the cup on your airbrush on the table , can I do that with my airbrush ? Is it better to airbrush without the cap ? Thanks for the help :-) GREETINGS FROM NORWAY :-)
Weird enough, I haven't any problems with clogging. Straight from the bottle. SP-35 Sparmax AB with 0.35 nozzle higher a. pressure. All the best! Dusan.
I remember building a 1/48 Hasegawa F-16 in the 1980s and I think it’s still the only kit I’ve ever built that didn’t require any filler.
the level of control you have with the airbrush is absolutely amazing. another fine build.
Thank You for kind words! All the best! Dusan.
Finally! A modeller who builds aircraft from this generation.
lol :-) Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Great panel lines and appreciated the restraint in weathering. Not every aircraft should look 30 years used. lol
Yes :-) , Thank You! All the best! Dusan.

From a Singaporean, nice job on one or our birds!
I was wondering where that cockade and fin flash came from! Singapore👍🏼
Smooth & clean model, just the way I like it! 😍

Amazing work as always, just the right amount of weathering .
Thank You! All the best! Dusan.

Great work there of the Republic of Singspore Air Force F-16D that looks fantastic indeed 👍👍😁😁

Thank You! All the best! Dusan.
Brilliant build! My next Time-Lapse video shouldn't be too long now! Keep up the awesome videos

ScaleModelAircraft Ok im just wondering how the alcohol technic worms and what does it do
Dusan - You are good! You are sooo good, you make even ME think I could do this! Thank you for this great example. Now if I could just do it in 19 minutes…! TR
Thank You! :-) All the best! Dusan.
Another great build! My own Revell P47D is underway. Having to re-do the seat belts having obtained a smaller brush!!
Thanks Chris! All the best! Dusan.
Wow, great work on this!
Thank You! ! All the best! Dusan.
I know this video is two years old, but "Big Mouth" inlets are only on GE Engines, and if this is a Block 52 (which is a PW engine) then it should be the small mouth.
Turned out beautiful. Just ordered some of those sanding sticks.
Great color scheme! Master of the airbrush you are!
Great job!. The first curious thing I saw in a real F-16 (USAF) was the AIM-120 missile wings; it was in pure steel colour, not painted.
Yes, stahl. Thank You! All the best! Dusan.
FINALLY !! AT LAST ! He start to build again , fantastic :-) You are my inspiration . Keep up the good work . what's next project ??
greetings from Norway !
John, Thank You for kind words! There will be more video builds... please stay tuned ;-)
All the best! Dusan.

She's very smart in Singapore markings .
Dušane svaka čast!
Hvala! All the best! Dusan.
I'm building a Hasegawa F-16D and insanely interested how you installed the cockpit instruments after gluing both halves together.
Ah, it should have been the HAF one. Great work as usual, mate. F-14 Tomcat next. You know you want to.
yeah I know right
I have other kits for HAF build. Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
My favorite jet plane Dusan! i have to get me one of those! great build as usual!
Thank You Alex! All the best! Dusan.
Спасибо вам за отличные видео!! Смотрю с удовольствием:)
Awsome effort !
Thank You Robert! All the best! Dusan.
Nice build. What do you put on the stick to hold the small parts for painting ‘
Great job, amazing!

Love it, Sir.
Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Excelente vídeo saludos desde Chile a mi también me encanta los aviones y él aeromodelismo y feliz navidad 👍👍🇨🇱
2 questions 1. What sanding stick are you using 2. What is the brand of the gloves .
I believe that's the Singapore merlion logo in white, hmmm had no idea my country has this in our arsenal. Good work at the same time!
Singapore, Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Hasegawa re-released this with "Peace Carvin II 20th Anniversary" markings in December 2014 in the "Singapore Air Force Special" box, no.07393
Nice work!! As always👍🏻
Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Thank you for this video, I enjoyed watching. Where did you put the camera to be able to film like this up close without it being in the way?
Thank you very much! It's by the side because I use my left hand. Slightly off centre and I also have a rig for sony camera. Again thanks
how do you tint the canopy? After that its so clear! How do you do that?
You are the master JEDI of plastic modelers ! =)
lol Thank You! All the best! Dusan.

beauty lovely airbrush work too
Thank You for all Your comments Damian! All the best! Dusan.
Fantastic build. I noticed you didn't use the conformal fuel tanks.
Thanks.
BennyCFD how to build 2kits
How do I builds conformal fuel tanks from plastic?.
Fun fact: polish f-16 is the most popular version of f-16
Super build!
Thank You Ray! All the best! Dusan.
great job! fantastic!
Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Really enjoyed this, feel free to build more F-16's. May I suggest the Kinetic F-16I "Sufa". Great looking subject.
I have the Hasegawa kit. Maby in the future. Thank You! All the best! Dusan.
Well that's probably a much better option to be honest, I look forward to seeing it in future if you do take it on. All the best.
I like your videos very much and i am a big fan of you
Thank You Jakob for kind words! All the best! Dusan.
May I please know what you use to attach the small parts onto a stick before painting them. Thanks.
I am using blue tack/Uhu patafix. Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Great job!!!
Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Hey man! Excellent build! I was wondering, I tried using the Tamiya polishing compound however I was left with like a reoccurring cloudy residue, any ideas?
Try with alcohol, maby can remove that residue. Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
wait... why did you cut the missile support on the exterior wings and then replace it? mistake on your part? or...
Very skilled.
Da te pitam, gdje narucujes modele od hasegawe i academy-a ?

Sir hi, why you did not putty the wing root ??
was this all acrylic paint that you used
Hello. What do you use to stick the part to the little wooden srtick for painting them?. Great video, I enjoyed it a lot. Keep on doing more!
Thanks! I use blue-tack or UHU patafix. please search it on google, it is a great way for holding the parts. All the best! Dusan.
this is amazing
great build.. can you tell us about your sanding sticks?
Cheap nail sanding stick from DM drogeriemarkt store. (1.5 euros). All the best! Dusan.

GREETINGS FROM NORWAY :-)
You can spray faster without the cap, but it is a minimal difference in paint flow. All the best! Dusan.
Did you use Vallejo satin varnish unthinned, there no clog problems?
Weird enough, I haven't any problems with clogging. Straight from the bottle. SP-35 Sparmax AB with 0.35 nozzle higher a. pressure. All the best! Dusan.
Where's the Cockpit detail video?
Where are the Conformal Fuel Tanks?
What PSI do you spray at? :D
What paint do you use?
I asked this myself a few times, what does OOB stand for?
Nice Build by the Way;) 👌🏻
oob is out of box ,no modifying with after market parts.
Sanding which model is this ?
i want!! u should totally ship it to me!
Hi! what sanding file are you using?
nice build :)
Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
realy nice job m8 congratz :D
Thank You! All the best! Dusan.
pleas build revell 1/72 solo türk
I use the same revell glue either, but the glue always dries and get stuck in the needle... how can you handle that?
I leave the glue with the needle down. Sometimes I heat the needle... All the best! Dusan.
So, is white glue basically stuff like Elmer's glue?
Pva, like the wood glue?
@@ScaleModelAircraft pretty sure that I posted this comment on the wrong video
I was just wondering if you were using 91% alcohol to wipe your model with or 70%?
96% All the best! Dusan.
What was the cost on the kit itself?
Awesome
Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Dusane koji je taj lepak sto koristis iz flasice?Kad ga koristis?
Mr Cenent "S" , Gunze. Odlična stvar ;)
Da! All the best! Dusan.
is it just me or is almost every Hasegawa kit a "limited edition" kit?
bravo bravissimo
Thank You! All the best! Dusan.
Ficou show
What air force is it?
Singapore Air Force. All the best! Dusan.
I'm afraid you got it all wrong. Instructions clearly say that it's a Sing-A-PoLe Air Force (1:10).
Polish
you r my hero Dusan XD
Thank You Denny! ;-) All the best! Dusan.
