I noticed you are using your jar lifter upside down. the rubber end grips the neck of the jar. the wood is for holding in your hand. Also, you never can a jar half full. too much air, it is dangerous because it will cause a vaccum properly. Food in an air environment will cause contamination.

You get like a cheese cloth or a thin dish towel, put your tomatoes in it and tie up the four corners or fasten with a rubber band, you can drop those in the boiling water and then they’re easy to lift out all at once and put into your cold water. We will be planting a garden after summer this year and I was told not to plant mint with other herbs and things because it’ll make everything around it smell and taste like mint, have you experienced anything like that? Love your videos so inspiring and motivational! 💛

I noticed that too. I held my breath that it didn’t slip and drop.
