Why is it broken?
"salmon run is so easy!"
That's what all the pros say. Imagine how us lessers feel when our teammates in Professional ranking have no idea what they're doing. Some of us only have Splat 2, like me lol. I always stayed away from ranked because it's too difficult, so I can only imagine what it's like in 3.
The game at 6:46 be like: hold my beer how about another two of the bosses you hate
The no squid rolling REALLY got a grip on me when I returned
3:07 you called it
That final overtime was insane 😭
I’m feeling a mix of nostalgia and baffled at the same time
What if you…
Wanted to go to heaven…
But God said “5:49”
I owned Splatoon two for a long time and could never get into it until I started playing three and then I went back and played all of two and the DLC before completing the story and three. I do still play to quite a lot whenever a new Salmon run rotation is up and also because I would like to level up and start getting sea snails which are now locked to level 30+ I believe
Bro the amount of skill and outplaying on this video is just marvellous
Such a wonderful game, overflowing with skill expression
?
you just notice how fast splatoon 3 is
I never understood people being upset about not being able to skip the news when it only lasts for like 30 seconds if you are spamming the a button and also it only plays whenever you first start the game so you will never need to see it more than once per play session.
>no kills
>Over twenty tenta middle specials
Things I miss: the maps and music.
Things I do not miss: *Tenta Missile PTSD*
As someone who clowned on Jr. in Splatoon 1 and 2 for simply being a weapon, to someone who somehow turned into a Jr. main in 3, I took that big ink tank for granted.
splatoon 2 was so good, I forgot how good it was to not have an error every single time I tried entering a match, or squids flying, or passing through walls, or super buffed lesser salmonids, or super bad maps, or a extremely bad matchmaking, or not working weapons like brellas, or nerfed squidbagging, or extreme lag, or nerfed already not so good specials like the ultra stamp, or weird torpedo hitboxes, or bomb spam. Of course, I'm not saying it was perfect but 😭
Not you acting as if Splat 2 didn't have terrible maps, bad matchmaking, bomb spam and even worse things such as missile spam, strigray and ink armor
God 3 is really just another modern Nintendo disaster isn't it
@@JN-bk3wu Anyone in these comments praising the S2 stages is either delusional or wasn't that good at Splatoon at the time. The S2 stages (that weren't ported over from S1) were mostly *trash* with the exception of The Reef, and most of the S1 ported stages had the same issues that the S3 stages have. S3 has some bad stages, but it has some decent stages as well, and also Hagglefish. Not a lot of *ideal* stages, but then again there weren't a lot in the first few months of S2 either, let alone its entire life cycle.
@@JN-bk3wu well, i played sp2 for 3 years and i never argued about it. Bomb spam ? Not so common. Bad matchmaking ? Yeah, ok, but not so bad as 3's, where i have a entire team composed of short ranged weapons when the other has only long-ranged weapons. Missiles, sting ray and ink armor were terrible i agree but hey, couldn't they just add or delete all those things in Splatoon 2 ?? The point is, i think Splatoon 2 was solid, and that made me comfortable playing it, because i also could have all those things without having to pay another extra money. Maps could be replaced and new ones could be added, matchmaking could be fixed, bombs could be nerfed, missiles, sting ray and ink armor could be too. It's just my opinion.
@@dvht1108 your opinion is wrong. 3 is way better than 2.
I dont like how splat 2 colors are so BRIGHT
How do we tell them about S3's Ink colors guys?
I really hope every weapon gets 3 kits in Splatoon 3. The game already loves the number 3 but it would also be really nice considering how many weapons exist thay just don't get a kit that suits it in the slightest
Huh. Splatoon 2’s lighting kinda look better imo
"I can't squid roll goddamnit"
Felt that.
Part of me has been wondering if I'd have an easier time ranking up in Splat 2 now that everyone has moved over to Splat 3 but honestly I don't know if I could back to 2 with all the improvements 3 has. XD
The only thing I miss is the variety in kits but that's about it when it comes to this game
We’re gonna get a lot of kits soon in S3 since the game just started so don’t worry
@@mallrat.22 If they bring back Tenta Missiles on Jet Squelcher, I'm breaking my Switch.
@@maelstromofchaos2489 I will too
When the chat is somehow better when you can hear everyone panicking at the end.
Highlight of everyone mash up commentary lol
Ah yes, every single splatoon 2 video being in 28p because of the bit rate
Truly takes me back
What I miss the most from Splatoon 2 is the Main Power Up, I had a jacket with all MPU on it, I mained the Kensa Splattershot Pro and called it the "No Mercy"
I love how I don’t use squid rolls much in Salmon Run, yet I forget that I can’t do it in Salmon Run, giving me a split second moment of awkwardness
Went back for the K rapid, it's genuinely AMAZING im so upset torpedo rapid is getting inkjet in 3..
Ah yes, the good old days of endless overtime, Vjet, and the good ol' -panic button- Splashdown
Splatoon 2 walked so 3 could run. Always respect the ancestor of Splatoon on Switch, even if it's completely washed out in this day and age.
...Except Tentas and Ray. Don't respect those stupid, broken af specials 😒
'Starts nostalgia games with Humpback'
well that aged poorly.
As someone who just recently went back to Splatoon 2, I can confirm, DONT GO BACK TO SPLATOON 2 (If you want)
To bad just did
@@Style_224 kinda why I edited my comment to say "(If you want)" cuz it isn't my choice as to what you play.
I hope we get some maps from 2 in 3 want to try them
Tower Control on Moray just gave me horrible flashbacks
7:35 splatted by splashdown, the meta special from hit game Splatoon 2
