Lol Ellis hating on vegans 😆. Anyway, I have a few things I want to mention. For starters, you are ABSOLUTELY missing out on Baja California. That state has the towns of Tijuana, Ensenada, Rosarito, Guadalupe (wineries), Los Cabos, La Paz… to name a few. And Tijuana is actually known for its food scene. I mean, the Caesar salad was created there! 🤯 But, mostly, people say the best tacos in all of Mexico are found in Tijuana because Mexicans from different parts of the country settle there and bring the very best of what they offer. Incidentally, one thing I also love about Mexico is the immigrants that go there and offer/introduce their delicious cuisines to the country (the Caesar salad was created by an Italian immigrant in Tijuana). And Mexico really seems to appreciate and love foreign cuisines.
I totally get what you’re saying about vegans. I love both veggie and meat dishes equally, and would never make it as a vegetarian or vegan! It’s good to know oneself, like that. Keep enjoying the food that fills and fulfills you! 😍🥰
Put the vegans in the bin 😆 bin those face masks too. That sandwich looked so good 😋 the perfect spot sitting on the wall on the st. Personally I eat vegan, vegetarian & all kinds of meat. Everything is delicious when cooked properly with the right ingredients. Going to be cooking some of these Mexican dishes you’ve been showing us starting with the mole.
