What’s the BEST College Football Uniform?

This week, I ranked the top 5 uniforms in college football. People are going to hate this no matter what, but I stand by my list.
Here's my criteria:
Individuality - can a fan instantly recognize it?
Longevity - can it withstand the test of time?
Creativity - Does it stand out from schools with similar color schemes?

The USC UCLA game has to be the most beautiful football game. The two uniforms complement each other so well, and it's almost always in brilliant autumn sunshine with the San Gabriels for a backdrop. (I'll agree Penn State has a Hugo Boss/Armani cleanness, but the other picks?)
