I love my ep3 si. Its my 2nd one. I had bolt ons suspension and k pro last time..going with a k24 this time. Its euro yellow pearl...i actually like the color now.
Ok ok ok. I like an ep3 but I wanted a rsx type s to be my first car. Plus they have more power and torque than a ep3. Also a i got a 98 accord as my first car! I love it so much!
@@flatwoodzmafiabmx5767 the rsx type s is not quicker than the ep3 TypeR however the integra TypeR is. It is funny how people confuse a TypeR with the TypeS. There is a difference in performance and speed.

Have previously owned the ek9 TypeR with the b16b engine and the DC5 integra TypeR with the k20a engine. Would like to own the fd2 TypeR one day. As for the new turbo TypeR no I am not a fan of TypeR going turbo although I knew if they did it would surpass alot in its class. N/A TypeR still does it for me true TypeR feeling.
Idk why, when it came alot of import cars, we typically got the lesser versions. Like most of the Celica j. The states. The 6th gen had an option for the 4age but we got the 7afe and 5sfe.
Just glad in New Zealand we got all the JDM spec stuff as we lifted the tarrifs on Japanese imports...love my ep3, not the fastest in a straight line against boosted cars, but way more fun, and fantastic in corners

different cams, higher compression pistons, higher redline, helps it make 17hp more, also has shorter gear ratios, lsd, lighter fly wheel, firmer suspension, firmer rearsway bar, im sure theres more differences but thats all i know of so far
If Honda made the es1 (7th gen civic sedan) into a spoon model it'll be way faster then both of these. The sedan believe it or not is lighter then the hatchback plus has a wider wheel base

Really hate we never got a good ep3 in the states. The k20a3 is "okay", but it would be destroyed by a RSX type S

UK spec ep3 type r came with K20a2, JDM spec has k20a, shorter ratios (I think) and an lsd
