I definitely prefer the 10p departure over the early morning departure times. I went on their 52hr trip a few years ago. Looks like they've upgraded their business model, which I'm all in on. Thanks for the video.
Where the Mijoy was kept in Connecticut there was the Blackhawk across from them and the Sunbeam fleet just north of them, all three boats had little problem filling the rails.
We went in may and they ran out of fuel. Nobody checked if the fuel truck filled them up or not. The elbow fished good on our way to pulley ridge, but once we got there things got suspicious when we stayed in the same depth the entire trip hardly anyone caught anything in the 2 days. Everyone noticed we were going very slow on our way back but the crew kept us out of the loop until the next day when they called a meeting in the galley. Told us they have to shut down they got 500 gallons instead of 1200. So we anchored up about 30 miles out and had the best fishing of the whole trip unfortunately for shallow water fish. The owner finally brought fuel in his center console to get us to limp the rest of the way back. It was a 24 hour trip back to shore and was 10 hours late. The owner was not to be seen at the dock nobody even offered to give us our $100 fuel surcharge back, just offered 175 our next trip. Very disappointed how we were lied too and not taken care off. I get it there’s bad trips but this was ridiculous. We will be going back with Capt Jerry from now on
I had not heard that one and you would think there would be a fuel gauge at the helm. Something that would never have happened had Captain Jerry been at the helm.
@@PrydeofTheVillages I'm from New England Mass . I fished the block Island area for years ! I fished off the Hell Cat ,Francis fleet also . Yankee Fleet being my main charter boat out of Glouster Ma . I fished out of Tarpon springs for the past seven years ! Miss Vaginia , Two Georges . Had no idea this boat was even here ! But I do now and will check it out ! Thanks !
Great video of our 44hr trip. Great boat, great crew, great catches! I lucked out and won the big Snapper pool. Thanks for the video.
It was great meeting you Dennis, hope to see you again on the boat.

Thanks for the video.
The 10pm departure definitely fit the sleep schedule. Then it is just powering through a 24-hour period 8am-8am on the rail.
@@PrydeofTheVillages Good to know. Appreciate the video and the 44hr trip recommendation.
Sure thing.
Another great video. I fished the gulfstar. Looking forward to a middle grounds and a deep drop trip on the endurance next year.
Should be really good next year as they continue finalizing all the features on the boat.

The Gulfstar Endurance will fill the rails as well.
Definitely will check them out. Thanks for the video!
You bet!

I fished off the My Joy !
The Gulfstar Endurance owners speak highly of that boat.
