Looking at this team doing the impossible twice in a row, I think it really shows what kind of team can pull this off. First you need a good leader. A leader that first of all is amazing at Dota, very experience player, listens to others, forgives their mistakes, and gives each player a push when they seem like they aren't sure about themselves. When they aren't sure, they can trust you to make decisions for them. When you are not sure, you fullheartedly trust your team and your teammate's judgement. That's Notail. Next you need a coach and a secondary leader. This person needs to see the team both from the inside and outside. Repect and listen to what the leader says, but never holds back on what you think is right. Talk to each team member, communicate with each person personally, including the leader himself. Strengthen bonds and solves problems between the leader and the team before they even happen. That's Ceb right there. Now you need the 1,2 positions. They are just focused on the game. They're like your typical dota players. They don't speak much, they only prove themselves through their performance. They want to get better and they are 100% focused on the game itself. When the anger of losing hit you, you have your 2 leaders that you can trust would not blame you, but point out your mistakes and providing comfort and support for you. Those positions are usually most intense during a game - all eyes on them most of the time - so they have a lot of stress going in each game. Those are Ana and Topson right here. And finally, the person who never really speak up all that much, Jerax. The support you know you can count on and ready to sacrifice himself for your life before you even think about it. All all all this is still not enough. I don't know if you guys have noticed, but each of these people seem really genuine and well educated. You have Notail always delivering the wisest words, you have Ceb always giving on point analysis ever since he became OG coach, you have ana who is still very young, and you have Jerax who remains calm and ready to improve even after wining a TI.
