It is really important to be able to compute one's income to debt ratio if they can afford a property based on their income and expenses. A bank financing needs to be the goal if spot cash payment is not an option, finding a co-buyer or increasing the down payment to lower down the bank financing amount. If all fails, there is Developer Assisted Financing or in-house financing which is at least 12% to 15% of interest rate which is obviously higher than bank rates which are 6% to 8% depending on the market
You paid your DP ok the unit will be turn over to you but before you need a bank loan ... or if rejected by the bank , an inhouse loan is the next alternative which is very high in interest and unit will not be turn over unless you paid 50% the developer because in house is financed by the developer...it is easy to pay the 10 percent DP yeas but the big baloon the 80% is risky unless you got the loan ..then you can rent or resell your condo.

Nandun pa ung mga casinos and sangkaterbang malls: MOA, Ayala Mall Bay Area, DD Plaza, W Mall, Blue Bay, Met Life. Di pa siya 100% tapos kasi may upcoming Resorts World pa and Aseana City. Sa Makati, ang kipot lang naman, ang ikli lang naman ng Ayala Avenue. Sa Ortigas, tawag ko jan the "walking dead city". Sobrang industrial and boring ng place. Lalo na Megamall. Basta malungkot ung aura. Tapos ang ingay pa ng EDSA. Tapos sa BGC, malaki nga, green, spacious pero walang soul. Tapos nakakatakot pa ung sight ng mga militar. Parang anytime babarilin ka eh. Parang lahat lang ng plastic sa Pilipinas, dun nagsama2x. Pero dun ang may highest density of beautiful women per capita. Kahit san ka tumingin, daming maganda na coño. Kaya lang, mahirap lumabas ng BGC. If dun ka nagwowork, dun ka dapat nakatira. Ung daanan sa Forbes Park, napakakipot, walang ibang lusutan. And ayaw naman buksan ng Forbes ung gates nila.
