Most rally cars run 540' 'degree of wheel rotation, the same as GT3 and GT2 race cars. This is done for a lot snappier and precise steering inputs and less time 'faffing about' I would suggest setting the wheel rotation to 540'' in Logitech Profiler to see if this make it easier.
@@Hinjima92 Wowee, you're a veteran sim racer, I started out almsot a year ago 😂 I tried 540° on FH5 once, but it was very goofy for me and I wanted the realistic full tilt of the wheel, but it does make sense running the 540 when rallying, I'm definitely trying it out next week
A couple modification tips to your logitech, if youve got 30ish minutes to kill you can take apart the steering wheel and place a washer to lengthen the sensor distance and prevent your steering wheel going out of center. I also find a weighted car shifter makes the feel of the stick a lot more intuitive and less lightly springy
I've been looking into exactly those kinds of mods for my steering wheel, so thank you for reassuring me about it! But I think I'll actually wait for the warranty to expire before opening it up like that 😂 Besides, sometimes goofy steering just makes it more fun and challenging!
