- Police are investigating officials of Kayiwa International University over allegations of forging a National Council for Higher Education letter, which falsely claimed that the institution had been cleared to operate. The council revoked the university's license in 2019, and this was gazetted in March 2020. The Council says that a forged letter indicates that the provisional license was reinstated.
