Tried this recipe tonight with the family. Most of the family enjoyed it. The hashbrowns turned out somewhat soggy even though I put the bread crumbs and had to add quite a bit of additional spices for adjustment. Overall pretty good! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Plant Based Gabriel I just made this. Tweaked the “cheese” sauce recipe a bit (added 1tsp salt, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1/2 tsp black pepper). It’s delicious! Oh, and I also added 1/2 sweet onion (chopped) to the hash browns. Basically I think I ended up with a cheesy tater-tot casserole without trying. 😂😆

I wouldn’t use a balsamic vinegar UNLESS it was a white balsamic. Otherwise it will make your cheesy sauce a rather dark brown. Not very appealing. Use ACV if you don’t have lemon.
Made this tonight. I put everything bagel seasoning on my serving... my husband put hot sauce on his. Both were great additions to the recipe
