How to install Python 3.11 on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Some of the Commands;
1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:deadsnakes/ppa
2. sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python python /usr/bin/python3.11 1
3. sudo apt install python3.11-dev python3.11-venv python3.11-distutils python3.11-gdbm python3.11-tk python3.11-lib2to3

Absolutely, there is no reason for this to be this complicated. Just create one command and thats it. Just like sudo apt install python, why doesnt that just work instead of installing some outdated python version lmao.
