Because it's not cheating anymore at that point. You're on an even playing field. As a matter of fact, I would say console xim users in pc lobbies are at a disadvantage because the game runs so much better, frame wise, on pc. And it looks so much cleaner and sharper.

I like the idea of almost ‘self reflection’, so asking the dev what their view of the State of Siege is and then expanding by talking about the future of Siege and extending it’s life, especially in a time where it feels like GaaS is struggling, like with XDefiant’s soon closure.

A hard question is why not make every gun really strong? They don’t like people picking ops for their guns, what if every defender smg performed like lesion’s or the assault rifles hovered around the g36 from a couple years ago. Suddenly the abilities become the focal point. What about offering 3 secondary gadgets to more weak operators, or even stronger ones for more variety? Having more choices leads to more chances for stronger cooperation and operator synergy (plz give smoke his shield) Why would they remove the unique passives like Echo being immune to the dokk call in the name of simplicity, only for them to make skopos immune to doc heal and rook armor. Why not try a more guerilla approach to balancing, adjusting cooldowns and damage numbers and whatnot by little increments every 2 weeks. The constant updates will be a lot of proof for players that this game isn’t being abandoned. Medium-hitting question, why did they make mozzie so ugly. I miss owen wilson
Why is r6 policy to remove hiding spots? Like barrels basement in chalet, central overhang on upstairs emerald plains, by the fridge/locker things in open area bank? I get it was difficult to use some, but it seems like any time I find or see a video on a good spot to watch an angle or cams, it gets patched out immediately.
A lot of people think the devs listen too much to pros and not enough to casual players, and cater to each in a similar fashion. I think a question of why that is would be good, but should be prefaced by asking if they believe that's a thing in the dev team at all. "Do you believe the design philosophy of Siege has taken a turn away from realism the past few years, and if so, why has it?" Is another question on my mind personally. I mean sure, Siege was never fully realistic, but it's gotten more and more skewed to being perfectly balanced and perfectly competitive, which is fine and all, but at the same time it's taken a lot of charm and tactical realism out of the game in my opinion, and I want to hear what the devs are thinking. For example, passives being removed. I liked each little thing the characters had and the extra lore it brought them, but they removed them to make things more balanced and competitive. So what's the priority? A realistic tactical shooter like the R6 games of old? Or just a perfectly balanced competitive shooter like it seems to be trying to get as close to as possible. What kind of balance between those two ideas is considered when developing and why is this the direction that was ultimately decided on.
Curious if seige devs would consider getting higher tick rate servers even if only for r6 premium membership type deal would just love to see this game on better servers

I'd ask the devs about are they going to implement some new ranked framework. Ranked 2.0 probably does the matchmaking well but at this point it doesn't really match the likes of valorant's or cs's ranked system as a whole.
I made this comment before elsewhere but I wanted to post it here too. What if the first bullet you fire is a headshot counts as a one hit kill. But if the first bullet that makes contact with the enemy hits any other part of the body it requires two headshots for a kill. This way you can still one tap people with intent and reward the skillful for hitting their shots. Maybe it only applies to fully automatic weapons so it resets after every burst of the weapon. Thoughts?

Please ask the Siege dev why they block off drone holes where we can put claymores. These are things that punish players for not being careful or obvious mistakes. Maybe that's why the game is now more about aim and less about strats. And why 'NOBODY CARES' is marked as offensive.
Question Why aren't the recent map taking places in iconic places, most newer maps have rooms with exo suit and hi tech stuff that makes it hard to remember, no places like hookah or cigar. I want a Vegas casino map or a Neo tokyo map, all recent map are Grey background, Grey box. If ubisoft goes Bankrupt will they sell there ip to a company like Riot or something along the lines. Is the engine somehow to blame? Ubisoft does not allocate enough resources? Failure to plan long term, so it's just triage all the time? Lacking competency in anti cheats? What is the reason, according to them?
Do you really listen to the community? because why would you replace Year Pass with a (horrible) subscription service 1 year after the community demanded for it's return it since being removed in Year 6.

Also the fact ubisoft is a dying company. They can't afford to lose all the xim players. Moving them to pc lobbies when detected was the right move.
