      i think in terms of physical talent (size, strength, athleticism, and durability) Lebron is the best of ALL TIME. I don't think there's ever been a player of that size and athleticism to play for 19 years in the NBA without any serious injuries (he has had only a few significant injuries throughout his whole career) nor any considerable decline in athleticism.
      Look at Zion, he's big and hella athletic like LeBron, but is so injury-prone. I think he's been injured more than Lebron did in his first 10 years already lol

      and hes doing this in his 30's. I think he can play basketball in the NBA into his early 40's. I think Vince Carter is 40 and although also extremely physically athletic, Lebron edges him out due to power/mass without losing any athleticism.

      Yeah, the most impressive thing is he was just reacting to an opponent´s move, not trying to get up there with preparation,. Besides this, he´s still far from his top late season shape. No doubt he can still get his the upper part of his head above the rim if he wants to.

    LeBron used to do this a lot when he was younger. His signature chase down blocks were so stunning at the time that refs just called it a goal tend because it was so uncommon to see.

      looking at each frame I think the height is increasing up until lebron touches it. hard to tell for sure though since the camera is moving. NBA needs to have some precise stationary camera for refs to watch plays

      no, he touched it at its peak, it had slowed down going up, but as it was about to stabilize, he knocked it up giving the impression it was going down. furthermore, the frames in the video, even under slow-mode are too few - if what you say is true, it must have happened in-between frames since all the frames show the ball was at its local highest before being touched. He touched it, and it went higher.

    I dropped the clip to .25 speed. It was a good block, but the fact Bron hit the ball at the apex of it’s ascension, and the speed of the play was so fast……and that millisecond, looked so close to starting to drop. Damn!

    A lot of people say it's juicing, meds, steroids etc. They forget how athletic he was during his high school years up to his prime, so clearly although father time is catching up he would still be able to do that, take ginobili of the spurs as an example, he could still get up and dunk a ball just like vince carter at 40.
